Our room was pretty dark, mattresses were old, the dresser drawer didn’t stay shut.

Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and gondola. Our sink was clogged but when we reported it someone immediately fixed it.

No trash bins, no tissue box. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Pillows were not good at all. Overall the rooms were disappointing

Not really clean, had to ask for extra blankets, iron, toilet paper. No phone to call to main office in room. Had to walk to request items and get myself. They rent some of their units to people (housing rental).

the room didn’t have a refrigerator like it said it would. some lights were burnt out. the trim was coming off the some corner in the bathroom and the outlets were worn out completely. people yelling in the parking lot at all hours.

we had to go out and buy one ourselves because it was freezing in that room. they should clean it a bit better. floor was filled with hair everywhere.

the apartment room was really convenient. the fireplace in the living room was great. the bedroom with 2 beds did not have a heater so they provided a space heater but then it did not work properly! the apartment itself was great for our little family. had kitchen with stove and refrigerator. the place is a little run down and overpriced a bit. would stay again if the price is right. the location is great! close to heavenly shops and a beach down the street.

Hotel needs a major update

The front desk guy and the other workers at the hotel were incredibly nice and professional. They helped us clear out our car so that we could depart South Lake Tahoe.

The WiFi didn’t work, would drop right after connecting once the server name finally popped up. I don’t recommend if you have to work in your computer. Someone was fixing their transmission outside our door at midnight. Paper thin walls. The coffee was terrible and the machine wasn’t clean. The upside was hot water, a powerful heater, and the location to the casino and down town.

Location was really good. It coat me less to rent the room on booking .com than it did to rent from the hotel but the staff we talked to were really chill they were a pretty decent place to rent from

The tv didn’t work, and to a disabled person tv is important as site seeing away from my car is difficult.The floors were filthy. Don’t think they’ve ever been mopped. Old round toilet seat on an oblong toilet bowl. Ugh!

The location is great, walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable.

This is a really outdated hotel. Our rooms were not cleaned during the day. They did not provide towels. The mattresses on the twin bunk beds were so worn out. We did not get extra toilet paper. It was close to our destination but will probably pick a different hotel next time. And we had to go to hotel across the street to check in and check out.

A bit of siding was missing on side of the building so our initial impression made us nervous but it was a great value place.

Location was great. The hotel itself looks a little sketchy on the outside but the rooms are very Clean! We also got to use the pool and hot tub at the adjacent property. Very nice. This is great value property!

When pulling up to the hotel, you will notice on one side of the building is dilapidated, totally falling apart, in need of some serious, fixing and work. Some of the railing on building are being held up by blocks of wood, trash is scattered all over the property, very loud customers hanging out outside, yelling. One provocative dressed lady was taking pictures of herself with our vehicle, hanging on it, I had to step outside to tell her to get off of our truck. Just randomly touching people's property taking selfies, like come on. Just a really old building that badly needs some TLC, it could be better looking, our particular room was fine. Just the looks of the outside made us want to turn around and find something else but because it was Memorial Day weekend we were stuck with giving this place a chance. We had to ask for more toiletries and towels. The owner did ask us if the garbage outside was ours, seriously, like come on, there were a lot of people staying there, why would you even ask that, felt like it was very unprofessional to be going around pointing fingers. We had just gotten there as well. The 2 nights we stayed the cleaning people never came to clean.

Location was great, room was clean, had a full kitchen, bathroom was clean, ac worked very well, pet friendly, owner did get us things we needed and beds were ok.
