There was no breakfast, the curtain in the room was torn, and we had to pay a resort fee, unknown about until we checked in.

Beware!!! Surprise hidden fees for wifi aka "resort fee". This was an overall pleasant stay but we were forced to pay this fee that was not disclosed until check in. Overall cost was $197 for one night at a 2- star, 6.8 rated hotel. Ripped curtains in the room.

Bathroom door couldn’t open all the way because it hit the toilet. Connecting doors to two separate other rooms were very thin and didn’t block sound at all. We could clearly hear conversations. Outlets not accessible (located behind the King size bed) so we couldn’t plug in phones or medical equipment. Cord running across the floor covered in black electrical tape. 6 p.m. check in time was WAY too late.

The wifi wasn't that great, but for us that wasn't that big of a deal. There was a door between our room and the room next door and you could pretty much heat everything going on in there which kind of sucked but it wasn't terrible.

The hotel was great would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly, and the entire place seemed very family and pet friendly which alot of places aren't so it was nice to see

The elevator was very small they could use some updates and disappointed there is no breakfast offered they also only use streaming networks so when it's bed time and u want to watch something good luck every single 1 of the accounts had ppl watching already so u couldn't and if u did manage to get on u would only be able to be for a few minutes tops before a message pops up saying to many devices and kicks u off again the pool was great the hot tub however didn't work

They had so much to offer game room for the kiddos,fire pit in the back with a picnic table and playground great view of the ocean super close to the ocean it was to cold to swim so it was nice they had an indoor pool my kiddos loved but disappointed the hot tub didn't work

Very old, even though pictures online show it being updated. The bathroom is very outdated. The curtains had blood or something on them-looked as if they'd never been washed. The carpets looked like they had never been vacuumed and there was dog food in our room on the floor and we don't have a dog. The hot tub was out of order our entire stay. The night staff was not friendly, constantly seemed annoyed that people were in the play area, walking through the lobby, getting on the elevator. Never even said hello to us, just walked around complaining about things. I highly recommend offering some type of breakfast, even if continental. Since we traveled during the week very few restaraunts in Westport were open until later in the week. We had to drive to Aberdeen to eat. Asked for a ground floor room due to a family member having a disability and received an email that they couldn't accommodate it because "usually only people with pets get ground floor" but we were put on the 4th floor and the hotel wasn't even busy. .

The game area for the kids was a nice addition. Parking was good. The view from our room was great. The beds were comfortable. The daytime staff was very welcoming and friendly. Made some great suggestions.
