We were charged an additional $22.30 at check in for a resort fee plus tax. This should be disclosed during the booking process. In winter, other than a small indoor pool, I’m uncertain what other ‘resort’ facilities there were to be used on an overnight stay between 4pm and 11am. Junk fees like this should be disclosed in advance especially when using a hotel booking site.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Heating was on in our room when we arrived.

No breakfast but that’s a minor detail. Not all hotels offer breakfast. The hot tub was not working. And I choose hotels based on hot tub offering.

The lobby is great and clean. With arcade games, a puzzle table and a pop corn machine. Perfect for evenings or rainy days.

THEY MADE ME PAY >30$ RESORT FEE. and let me tell you - nothing about resort is there. hot tub didnt work. the front desk person was often not there. this place is highly understaffed.

WiFi connection was a bit slow and hotel doesn't have a restaurant so no breakfast is available.

The stuff went above an beyond during our check in. They were extremely polite and fixed my mess with dates of our staying even though the hotel was fully booked out. Facilities are in great conditions, the play room, lobby, pool etc. except for hot tub which was out of order. Some rooms have a balcony and a fireplace and staff is kind enough to provide a log and a pack of matches for the fireplace.

The pool had broken glass Rooms was dirty and dusty Someone smoking in there room made the fire alarm system go off and the whole hotel was evacuated AT 7am in the morning ugh

Beware of the mosquitoes if you're walking through the path to the beach in the later part of the day. You'll get eaten alive.

Place was great. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Patty is just the best. Rooms are clean & pretty nice, overall. 10 min walk to the beach. Nice little game room. Everything & everyone was stellar.

It was very cozy! This property gives off a homey feel to it as it doesn’t change much. While this makes it seem a littler older, it’s always nice to come back every year to the same home away from home.

First thing when checking In they told me there'd be a Additional $23 recreational fee.. Because I went through booking.com as a third party. And had gotten a discount through them. Well, they're went my discount. So I'm paying full rate at the end. What a up charge Hussle. Can't back out they've got you. BEWARE. Well now I know why they have available Rooms in Westport and aren't booked out like everybody else.

What I didn't like was the walls were so thin. Next to the bed, you could hear your freaking neighbor's next door. All night.

The room was uncleaned from the previous guest and there was an extra facility charge upon checking in. No accommodations were made for the dirty room. We just had to wait for it to be cleaned.

Tv was terrible kept losing the picture. Fan broken in the bedroom. No maid service when I stayed 2 nights.
