Inexpensive but clean. Lupita at the registration desk was fantastic. A pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

I didn’t like that the ac in the room did not work very well it was hot wen we got there so wen we turned the air down it took a long time to cool down and it still wasn’t as cold as I was hoping to get it we had to keep the curtains closed so the heat from outside wouldn’t trap in the room making it hot was kind of unsure of the area and people that were there but it wasn’t as bad as I thought

I liked that the property was close by some things and was not too pricey for the rooms and the staff were really helpful helped me find my room and helped with anything I asked for such as extra towels and a dnd sign for my door super nice tons of family’s so felt safe

Off-Strip location with lots of entertainment for children; beware of the motel section

The first room in the Motel section was was very loud: ancient AC, thin walls/doors. Also, the safe did not work. And rather than moving us right away, we had to wait for one night before we could move.

After one night in the motel section we were upgraded to a regular room in the West Tower, which was bigger and had a quiet AC. Walls/doors were still thin and after 9 AM, a constant hammering sound was quite disturbing. I could not identify the source.

Most of my stay was good but there were things that were down. So the first one impacted my whole stay in Vegas, economically. My father's friend put his card on file, the one that was supposed to be charged, they wouldn't charge it because it needs to be present(The Rio doesn't do this), and instead I had no choice but to pay out of pocket, and this left me short on cash for the remainder of my trip. They also put a hold of 25 dollars per night, which comes back a few days later after checkout. There are no microwaves to cook food, no coffee machines for hot water, and no refrigerators, I imagine to benefit the local restaurants. You'll have to buy a Styrofoam cooler or pay them to put one in there. We had rude neighbors who knocked on our door(duplex) to be quiet(they themselves were really noisy), and there was a fight in the hallway. A single bottle of budweiser that you'd get from a six pack costs 8 dollars at the bar and food from the food court is a wallet gouger. Other than that the rooms are fine.

Circus Circus gets alot of negative reviews thrown at it, I didn't have a problem. We enjoyed everything it had to offer, from its walking distance to the walgreens and and it's short distance from the strip. It ain't bad. The Midway circus acts were fun to watch. Close proximity to Tacos el Gordo. The pool looked promising though we didn't try it. The rooms were good enough to sleep in. And there is lots of arcade and carnival games along with the massive amusement park so that's fun for kids.

We have been coming here for years every year and never had such a bad stay. Skyrise usually is the better option and turned out worst then our stay at west tower last year. and we were charged 50 dollars more than the booking.com rate we encountered moths when we entered our room.. yes they changed the room and it wasn’t much better because there were mosquitos in there too just was too tired to walk it back to lobby again to change rooms once more . Circus Circus needs to spend money in upgrading rooms and not the attractions and we don’t need luxuries but we do need clean comfortability which lacked this time around even the food court sucked popeyes only selling wings pick up stix only had 3 old looking chicken options, instead of making me feel better they make you feel like this is what you deserve for picking us.

My kids like the pool and water park area. we had fun in the new spongebob attraction and bowling although we had to pay another 75 dollars for my kids and I to bowl, play arcades, and go on the new attractions.

My original room in the manor had very thin walls and updates are long overdue. I upgraded to a room in the casino tower, much quieter and the room was more upscale. Smoking in the casino was a big disappointment but overlooked because of the shot stay, property location and value.

The property was easy to access, parking was free and the location was a plus.
