Good location for younger people, almost ski in out. 6 min. walking to kids school. Some restaurants around, good food at night at the hotel. Nice bartender. Everything was clean.

Breakfast was cold and hard at times, mediocre to say the least. No flavor. Yogurt with the fixings were great. Coffee, drinks, we're excellent. Exhaust fans in the shower needed. More drawer space, maybe. Thin walls, but overall, a good hotel experience. Would stay again. Overall, for what you'd be doing all week, skiing, etc great place. Maybe a small microwave would be a great touch.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Accommodating. The couch in the room was very comfortable. Mountain View was great! Found out after visiting the 5th floor, there was a self-serve laundry service that I wasn't aware of. On the paper given v at desk upon check-in in, that was not listed, nor were the hours for the Placery. Didn't know how to connect to WiFi, asked and was told to just connect. Knowing beforehand would've been nice.

Staffs having meetings where guests are eating. I just wanted to relax and have my coffee with my family, but the meeting was so loud The food was okay. Kitchen staff seemed stressed. Serving and walking around like they are very late for something

There is not enough parking in the facility and that prevents us from going out because of the fear of losing the spot.

I liked the available breakfast and the absolute plus was the bar and dinner available inside the hotel. The views to the ski resort are stunning

Breakfast was great, plenty of hot and cold options. Lots of seating with nice views. Walking path next to hotel with access to pond area. Free valet service. Not a lot of free parking. Lots of cars when hotel is busy. Bus to Dillion, not very frequent.

Water pressure was very low. They ran out of parking so had to valet our car off property. They quickly retrieved it when we needed it.

Room was very small, cracked and peeling pant in the bathroom, breakfast was poor - hot food was cold, fruit was old and sour. but the view of the mountains was great.

unfortunately the things I don’t like about this property are things that can’t really be fixed. 1) a building this size needs more than two small elevators. 2) a property this size needs far more parking on site.

Ski Storage could be better. You have to ask for the locker key. No space for ski boots in the storage. We didn’t get room service after the first night. so we asked for room service and we were told that room service is just based on request. so we ordered it for the next day. Surprisingly the room service came also for all other days. The removed the soap without restocking them again, a bit strange.

Rooms are very spacious. 5 Minutes walk to the Lift. breakfast was surprisingly good! Complimentary valet if the parking lot is full.

The room was smaller than pictured & every night we were awakened by a loud noise which sounded like an large engine (like a bobcat or something???) outside our window. They moved us to a different room (after we’d already unpacked) because the TV was broken, so that was a bummer

Wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast - thought it would be a bit better. Keystone is a bit far from a lot of restaurants.

This hotel is very nice - clean, nice design, friendly staff, etc.

I was led via web to expect a functioning dinner restaurant. There was only fast food at the bar. VERY disappointing. The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing. Hard boiled eggs, no bacon. Really poor.

I came back to the hotel room anticipating having a ceasar salad for late dinner, which I had seen earlier on the menu for The Placery. They informed me they didn't have any, they get salads delivered and the daily delivery hadn't come in. I get it, these things happen, esp in the time of COVID. Just disappointing. My daughter ordered buffalo wings--they were OK, but no ranch, bleu cheese or any kind of dipping sauce. Very limited.

Location and view were beautiful! Loved eating breakfast outside on the lovely terrace looking out at the mountains! Our "mountain view" room had the same gorgeous view! All staff members I dealt with - front desk, housekeeping I met in the hallway- were very friendly and helpful! We had 2 dogs with us, and the hotel was very convenient to walking trails out the back door with poop bags and trash container right there. Thank you!

Need better bar food, snacks. Wanted a light meal day of arrival but choices were only 8” cheese pizza, wings, or fries.

Breakfast was typical hotel buffet breakfast. Average food Our room was Mountain View which looks over creek and mountains towards the ski slope. Large patio off lobby also on mountain side.

The breakfast needed to be restocked more (I realise covid puts restrictions on the service available, but what is there should be replenished). There is not enough parking available on site.
