Everything was really good

Everything was perfect, very clean, friendly staff, very good location, very modern design, everything is new. Also really liked controlling iPad for features of the room (cleaning, lighting features, and so on) it’s cool !

I didn't like when I got there early. They wouldn't give me a early check-in which I had no problem paying for. I had to wait for awhile and I was very tired.

Couldn’t find a local grocery store in the area but that’s not a major problem.

Once I figured out which exit to take at L’Enfant Plaza Metro (Exit 2) it took only three minutes to walk to the station. It’s the best connected station on the network. National Mall is a 7 minute walk away. There’s a Starbucks about a 4 minute walk away if you don’t fancy the hotel breakfast. 13 minute walk away to The Wharf where there is a decent selection of restaurants. Gym was really well equipped. Room was comfortable, clean and shower was good.

Breakfast was really good, it served good pastries. I made an avocado chest egg bagel. It was delicious. I love the hotel interior design, it gives you a vibe of DC. Definitely a place I would recommend for any visitor.

Small rooms,but works for a quick trip and we knew they were small before booking. Not bad for a short weekend for a couplen or one person.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in my room.

Location - Brilliant. Breakfast - Satisfactory. Bed - very comfortable. Room - small ( but fine for me because I was alone) Staff - excellent.

A tiny story, there is 2 stuff told me i can take the train back to bus terminal instead of walking or take taxi.. turns out the train have a lunch break. The time table said it will stop at 10:00-13:00 something. I hope they have those information before telling the guests this is an option….

Close by the bus terminal. And all the museums,, al in walking distance. Room is clean as usual and easy to control everything. I like the tiny bench inside room. Very easy to tidy up luggage.

Restaurant/bar was understaffed which was frustrating and caused excess wait times.

Loved the view from our room and the bed in the window. Room was small but very clean, stylish and efficient. We really enjoyed the location and atmosphere of the hotel. Teen liked all the digital features and lighting.

Such a great visit to DC. Thank you! My daughter and I were exploring DC and showing her American Univ and had so much fun. Hotel and staff were fantastic.

What more could you want? Maybe a bit more space than a cargo container? How about a coffee/tea pot in the room so you don't have to go downstairs, wait in line and spend $ before you can relax for the night or wake up in the morning. And, no, there is no room service. The room is optimized for one person. The king bed has 3 walls around it so either one or both of you will have to crawl out of the bed. Also note that there is no dedicated spot for a car to stop outside to unload luggage, so you better be able to jump out quickly with all your belongings in city traffic.

CitizenM is set up to be trendy for the young professional road warrior. Good internet, high tech rooms, a bar, breakfast and a gym. The location for this hotel is awesome, everything is clean and the staff is friendly. I like the decor and the hi tech room controls.

Parking situation is not great. Parking spots in front of the hotel are free, but its very limited. The parking garage next ot the entrance DOES NOT belong to the hotel and is very expensive. Better to park on the street. Free at night until 7am.

Cozy rooms, even though a bit small. Just enough space for one, max a couple. If you're planning to just come back to the hotel to sleep, then its great! Beds are very comfy and spacious. the lightshow in the bathroom is fun. In walking distance to Independence Avenue, Smithsonian and Capitol Hill.
