The hallway’s to the rooms were blah , but rooms itself were great

The room was comfortable, a nice room, comfortable bed. The hotel is not as nice looking as the pictures though. The walls needed a paint job and the rugs a bit on the shabby side. If you're looking for a clean place to stay, this hotel is ok. Wouldn't stay here again as I would prefer a nicer looking hotel.

There were some horribly noisy guests on our hall in the middle of the night, obviously intoxicated and destructive. It didn't last all night so I know the staff took care of it.

Location was great for a college drop off and all the shopping that goes with that. Staff was nice and helpful when asked.

The hair dryer did not work. There was a leak behind the toilet. The eggs and pancakes were a bit over cooked and there weren’t any gluten free bread/pastry options.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. The shower head made for a good shower.

Couldn't fault any of it.

Convenient place to stay to visit sights near Poughkeepsie such as Hyde Park, Hudson River walkway, Eleanor Roosevelt house, Dia modern art museum etc. Comfortable beds. Big room. On site laundry was very welcome. Bar and restaurant. Staff friendly.

Parking was difficult for us we are older there was a wedding in the hotel when we got back we had to park quite far away from the hotel at the end of the parking lot.

The phone by the bed kept making sound … had to place it in floor as far away from bed as possible

The fire alarm went off at 3 am. There were firemen in the hallway and couldn't tell me what was going on. I finally got through to the front desk on my 3rd try, who told me it was an alarm malfunction. I was scared when it happened especially seeing the fireman, and I think the hotel should have made some announcement that everything was fine. I was so upset I couldn't go back to sleep and I had to be up at 6:30!! I was not happy.

Breakfast was a confusing issue for us. We stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, and we thought a free breakfast was included, but we were told that we had to pay for us. Saturday morning we went elsewhere. Sunday I chose to eat at the hotel, but my wife decided not to try it. I still thought you had to pay for the meal, but a guest said it was included in our motel bill. Eventually, I did not have to shell out more money, but my wife didn't have the opportunity. We knew that no breakfast was available on Monday morning. The pool was not open due to renovations.

The location was good for our purposes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good, but we thought we needed to lay a towel down on the shower because the floor surface was somewhat slippery.

The hotel advertised they had a pool and they in fact did not! Disappointing to my son who I had to remind all day that he would get to swim at the hotel! The breakfast wasn’t included in our price and I am glad now because it looked very small and not great!

The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfortable! Shower was nice and hot!

The water in the shower fluctuated throughout your time in the shower. It would get very cold, warm back up, and then be very hot for several seconds. Hot enough you had to step out of the waters way.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The entire building was extremely clean! I would stay here again.
