Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe beds were lacking, lumpy, and at a weird height. The place looked like it was shut down and we had to plug in everything upon arrival. The check in person stated the hot tub was closed due to covid but since I am pretty sure we were the only guests there it wouldn't have been an issue. The room was ancient. The floors were all scraped up and uneven. There was enlevel entry that was very hard to get luggage in the room.
The only good thing about this property was that it was on our route during our trip. There was a fake fireplace on a screen that was a hoot. The room had an actual Key - how quaint.

United StatesThere was a sign saying the “spa” was closed because of COVID. I paid $144 per night per room. And saw a Booking.com ad Wednesday morning advertising Coast Inn and (no) Spa rooms for $90. I feel like you’ve cheated me.

United StatesWe've been going here for many years used to go there with our children when they were small in the gardens were really pretty then at that time they had a swimming pool and now it's just dated the yard is not much anymore but they did have really great mattress the bathroom was clean there was used clothing next to the nightstand when we got in our room. It's okay but we probably wouldn't stay there again.

United StatesThere was: Something resembling gravy splattered on the wall; broken cold water faucet; no drain screen in the bathroom sink; filthy floors so couldn’t go barefoot; broken down furniture without drawer pulls; curtains hanging from only a few curtain hooks; inoperable deadbolt on door; no tissue; dirty coffee pot with previous guest’s used coffee; dangerous entry steps. The “spa” was a creepy situation that said closed due to Covid.

United StatesMold in shower frame. Room so cold it took two heaters three hours to warm it, afterwards the floor stayed ice cold. Very noisy, you could hear every door open and close and all the highway noise. This is supposed to be a “spa” hotel, no spa discounts. no hot tub as advertised. across from beach not on the beach. cable tv kept going out so I just turned it off. Coffee products offered were cheap and weak and no conditioner.

United StatesIt was run down, had to run the water in the tub awhile to get hot water, the WIFI was crap, you had to keep reconnecting every 3 minutes, mold in the bathroom on the wall, skylight was leaking, blow dryer didn’t work.
The beds were pretty comfortable. Landscaping with the flowers was nice. That’s about it.
