It is just really run down for the price.

Staff is excellent, very helpful and nice. Hotel needs new carpet and some maintenance for sure. I see they are starting to paint. Everything works great though.

The company could use a little money to renovate. Doesn’t matter how good the maids do, worn carpet doesn’t look clean nor does crumbling paint is the same. I booked this thinking it was a place we had stayed before., it was not. Person at the desk had printed a paper laying by the counter with inappropriate words on it.

The area felt a little sketchy. My bed was clean, carpet was dated and felt dirty room smelled of possible bug repellent. Power went out, not hotels fault but let's just say it wasn't feeling like the safest, cleanest environment

The walls seem to almost be paper thin, we could hear our neighbors listening to the radio into attrocious hours of the night. But other wise very good convinient location.

The price is what you get for the room. the worst is, it’s right by the highway and the room was facing the highway and so it was pretty noisy.

The shuttle service was nice and the shuttle driver was great.

Old, in need of massive repairs, dirty, filthy and threadbare furniture, small scratchy bath towels, slovenly front desk people, filthy rug at checkin, employees always out front smoking instead of working.

Price was too high for the quality of the property. Breakfast was limited and fruit was not fresh. Pool area needs updating and a safety check. Uneven concrete in pool area resulted in stubbed toes and ruff areas in the pool resulted in abrasions.

This hotel seems frayed and tired. I spent the same amount on a hotel across the street the week before, going to my destination, so I thought I would try this one on my way back. Bad decision! Hotel is badly in need of an update! The carpets are worn and permanently dirty. ( esp. in the room I was in) The lighting is dim and sad. There is no elevator in this hotel, so you will have to carry your suitcases upstairs. The coffee in the lobby was horrible. I am not against a budget hotel, but I don’t understand why this hotel was the same price per night as the one across the street, which was clean, bright and had elevators! Its either time for a reno or a tear down!

Property is close to Boise Airport and easy to get to from highway

Hotel was old and not well kept. Carpet was visibly worn and very grungy. Everything needed updating or at least a new coat of paint. I felt uncomfortable touching anything in the building as it felt like a sleazy old gross hotel. I’ve never felt that way about a hotel before.

Convenient location directly off the interstate. Decent price.
