It wasn’t clean! There was an old wash rag, a curly hair in the tub and a Broken toilet seat

I was informed at check-in that, even though I booked a room 30 minutes earlier with two double beds, all they had was a king. We were a family of three, and it was not ideal. The room itself was not in good shape. There is rust and mold in the bathroom ceilings and near the shower. The towels are rough and stained and had other peoples hair on them. I did not use the kitchen, but the stove is caked on with other peoples cooking attempts. You get the distinct impression that the entire room has been used for nefarious reasons and has not been sufficiently cleaned so we did our best to avoid touching anything for our three hours of interrupted sleep, while the blinding light of the parking lot shined in through the window with blinds that did not close, and the loud sounds of the highway rushed outside. The bed itself wasn’t too bad but again, did not feel very clean. And the alarm clock had not been adjusted for daylight savings, nor did they answer the phone when I called three times to set up a wake up call. The parking lot was next to impossible to find a space in and people were wandering in at 1 AM wreaking of marijuana. This is what you get when you’re looking for a last-minute inexpensive room (still $100) but I bet you anything we were not the only people who bought a room only to use it for 4 to 6 hours if that tells you anything. I would never go back, and I would never recommend it.

We needed a last-minute room when our flight was delayed. We were only at the hotel for about five hours. So at least they had a room?

The lady Heidi was rude, and she called herself a manager. They charged extra for early check-in when we drove 11 hours for a funeral. They also took out an extra $100 for the stay when we already paid the $100 fee for the stay if the room is damaged. The room didn't have washcloths or towels. Cigarette bud and hair on the floor so the room wasn't properly cleaned. It was noisy at night. People hanging out. The phone did not work. The room needs a lot of updates. Especially the bathroom.

Not clean, not convenient

The property smelt like mold. And the shuttle back to the airport left me even though I was there before the shuttle told me to come. They left because another passenger was in a rush and that caused me to almost miss my flight. My friend ended up missing her flight

The location smelled and cleanliness seemed like an afterthought. We arrived in two cars for our stay, while we attempted to check in, a friends car got broken into and had some of their items stolen. The staff refused to provide video footage to use for insurance and they were extremely disrespectful. We requested to cancel our stays as we did not feel safe staying there and they just laughed at us. We ended up at another hotel for the night.

This was an unexpected stay because of the weather. The shuttle service was great and the room was comfortable and big. The price was right as well. Breakfast was basic, but fine.

Pest in each room had to be moved twice not to mention the first room had debris on the floor and a medicine pill. The bed linen was stain and the room smelled horrible! The next room toilet got clogged and had mold growing on the wall the towels looked as if they were thrown in place! I thought I did a previous survey so I didn’t have to think of the stay ever again! I will never book with them again! I work in hospitality and housekeeping manager at that and they rooms I can say wasn’t inspected by Housekeeping or Maintenance!

The cleanliness of the place and the smell of mildew and mold. There was a spill in the elevator that remained there throughout the day into the evening. The bathroom was not the best however, it did look as if they were trying to renovate because the sink was fairly new.

The breakfast and location were both good. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

Where do I begin? They advertise a shuttle service to and from the airport but my wife and I were waiting for over an hour in the freezing cold for a shuttle that never came. We had to get a ride from a shuttle from another hotel, whose driver saw us looking upset and offered to help. When we got to the hotel we saw 2 shuttles parked and the drivers standing there doing nothing. Secondly, when we got to the room, there was an old, damp smell to it. The "clean" bedsheets had stains on them, the towels had stains and HAIR. One of walls looked like it had a huge hole in it that wasn't repaired properly. There were also bugs in the bathroom. It was horrible. The shuttle driver who took us back to the airport was at least fairly pleasant. Can't in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the breakfast was okay. Not amazing, not horrible, but okay.
