not sure there was anything I didn't like "the place could be updated a little"

When I first arrived I thought oh NOOOOOOOOOO, it did not feel homey at all, they a rag was used to hold the door open upstairs "like really" buy a door stopper It seems lobby and halls felt pretty spooky However the room was good, the cable wasn't working I called down stairs and someone came right up she had to use a remote she bought up to program the cable, ck in/out was easy, the donuts were soft, the orange juice needed to be changed out it was water. The room was clean, the bed was pretty good actually the room was a lot better than I thought, I really thought I was going to leave, the [;ace is a little dark and needs to be updated, I really didn't hear others and slept pretty good, overall it was decent.

The rooms I was given were pretty dingy and the smell was not well kept. I know they were smoking rooms but it should have been better cleaned and highlighted on the booking page. There were also issues with the bathrooms being too small and the trash cans were missing from the room.

The staff was very friendly. Having access to a gym was also very nice. The breakfast being available is also a good touch. There was access to shops in a nearby plaza that made the stay a little better.

The beds were very hard. Breakfast was pretty bland. The location wasn't very safe, however the hotel had added extra cameras and lighting to help.

The TV didn't work right, every time it was turned on it had to return all of the channels and the remote didn't really work with the TV set. The remote was also broken on the back. The overall smell was very stale in the building and even the nin smoking rooms.

If you are not a smoker and need a non-smoker this facility would not be the best place. People were smoking in the hallway that seeped into the room where we stayed. When we talked to the front they did nothing.

I don't know. I guess the room was quiet. Not a lot of options for breakfast so we didn't eat there.

The first room the wall was stained looked like mildew. In second room the top lock was broken. There was a mold smell throughout the hotel.

The toilet ran all night. Not sure why, but the refrigerator never seemed to get cold. There was hot water in the sink, but the hot water in the shower never worked. It only got up to a tepid temperature.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Ice machine was not working but they had a cooler they filled with ice for guests. The coffee machine makes really good strong coffee. The place looked and smelled fresh and clean. Comfortable bed.

So it says breakfast is included in your room,but there was no breakfast unless you asked and then only a bag with stuff we didn’t want. They had a waffle maker but no waffles. No juice or milk. Nothing. Said due covid but that’s funny as it has been lifted to be able to have these things. I even called when booking the room and asked again when we got here. Was told yep breakfast is from 6-9. I hate being lied too
