No, We asked the staff office what time breakfast open. Lady said 6-9 am then we ready to eat breakfast around 6:15 an and noticed nothing breakfast on the table.so we got pissed me off waste my money then went out eat at Gallup cafe spent $$ at least $23.00. no more visiting comfort inn Gallup, m.

More options for breakfast since I'm allergic to pork and oats. There was only mini-muffins, granola bars, apples, juice, and sausage biscuits. Even a banana to choose would have been nice or some cold cereal with some milk. Shower wasn't cleaned and there was still a used soap bar in the shower from the previous guest. A half filled shampoo bottle and there was no coffee in the room. When checking in we were not told check out time, breakfast time, or wi-fi password but he was polite. I think he was focused on getting back to what he was doing before we arrived. Some of this could have been due to renovations that were being done?

I had a bed to sleep in. The maid that was cleaning rooms in the morning was very friendly and chipper. The checkout woman was friendly.

bathroom had hair stuck to back of the bathroom door and all the vending machines were out of order and had a note on it saying front desk has drinks for sale then went down to ask about the drinks they rudely said no.

Breakfast was a joke. They had packaged donuts and granola bars. To be fair, the kitchen and lobby was being remodeled. Also 2 of the 4 floors. The night receptionist was very apologetic that we didn’t know. The room was clean, so we stayed.

The lamp on the desk had a broken plug (pic attached) that when my wife tried to plug in the hair dryer (which didn’t work at all and you had no spare) the lamp plug arced. Big flash and pop. Luckily my wife wasn’t burned. The 3000 degree arc flash is no joke. Your looking for a law suit regarding ADA accommodations. The space around the pillars out side don’t leave enough space to allow wheelchair access. You have somewhere around 30” max and you need a minimum of 48”. The side exit door is too narrow and hard to move and there is no ramp outside. Thinks to look at addressing during your remodel.

Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The bed are fantastic. I need to know what mattresses they used. Best night sleep in days, the room was very clean.

Coffee maker had 4 old coffee pod filters in it, like it hadn't been checked in a few days.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating. They are remodeling,so the lobby is a bit torn up, but that's to be expected. Didn't bother us ,we were just there to sleep for the night.
