We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

United StatesAfter all my stays at this location, on this day, the staff member that was in charge of cleaning knocks at my door at 10:20 in the morning, and proceeded to tell me I should’ve been out of my room so they can clean because they were very busy. I have never been rushed out of a hotel like this is very disappointing.

United StatesI brought my dog an he was in the room an of course when people walked by the room he may have barked a one of the other guest complained because they heard him when they walked by in which I thought that was the purpose of the dogs being on the first floor. Later that night on the 2nd floor it was kids running in the hall late night an the phone in the room didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk an no one else must have called because it occurred both nights. I know we’re in a hotel so I know it may be loud, if you want quiet they should rent an Air bnb not a hotel room.
