I was told my stay would cost $102 and I was charged $197. Coffee tasted like an ash tray. Shower just trickle of water.

The hotel was a little run down. The elevator floor was a mess.The vinyl wood floor was coming up. The room was ok, but just seemed like a lot of renovations were needed. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were dirty. But for the price you can’t expect to much.

For the price, it was ok, the front desk lady was very nice and pleasant.

The pool was dirty, the staff was more worried about their phones or a book than greeting guests, the elevator floor was coming apart. And the hotel had quite a bit of reconstruction going on. The towels and hand towels felt like sandpaper.

If the establishment is undergoing construction and amenities won't be available -- perhaps lower the nightly rate until everything is complete instead of charging like things are normal. There were ants in the room that were after the, I'm assuming pizza sauce, that was left on the floor. I have to stay in mineral wells again this weekend for my mother's funeral, so I'll be staying at the days inn instead this time since the price is the same but more services are provided

The front entry way was broken, and the jacuzzi didn't work. At check in the two girls were a little rude.

The room was nice and you allow my little dog. And had my room ready early.

No type of breakfast offered. No coffee available in room and had to hunt to find pot downstairs. No vending on floor, had to go downstairs and buy it out of a machine. Mattress on one bed had "hole" in the foot area of it so you sunk if you tried to lay in that area. No shampoo or hair dryer in bathroom.

Bathroom lighting was bad and no additional mirrors outside the bathroom. There was no desk chair. There was no hair dryer. Facility could use a little facelift. Missing linoleum in elevator and paint touchups needed, throughout. No additional breakfast items besides vending machines.

Staff was friendly, helpful and always easy to locate, when needed. Facility was pretty clean. Coffee was excellent! Location is convenient to the town and easy access to highway to the metroplex.

The floor in room an bathroom were filthy. Definitely had not even been swept much less mopped. This is why I always ask for room without carpet. You never know what's imbedded in carpet. Found candy wrappers and two pieces of pepperoni off a pizza. So I did not take my dog out of her carrier I went back to town and bought my own broom, mop, and disinfectant and thouraly cleaned the floor Myself. That was an expense I did not have budget for. Plus with a torn Meniscus in my right knee I shouldn't have exerted my leg. Also WiFi never did work so I was not able to do the work I was supposed to get done. And two of the lamps did not have light bulbs. And I didn't notice until the second night but someone had put a ziplock baggie over the smoke detector and housekeeping had not even noticed. That was a hugh hazard ! Don't advertise free wifi if it won't Reach Every room.

Front desk girls very welcoming. I couldn't get wifi to connect and she came to my room to try. Although it never did connect. The bed was very comfortable. They allow my little 3lb Support Dog. I stayed 2 nights and was affordable for someone on a low fixed income.

When they clean I think the only do the minimum leaving somethings in there needing a good wipe down. The carpets could use a shampooing and the couch could use replacing since it looked broken. Since they have a nice seating area in the lobby maybe in the future look into serving breakfast.

The room was nice but could do with a real scrub down in some areas. It was a nice stay with comfortable beds.
