We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI called the night I booked which was the night before we were checking in to see if they had an indoor pool, they confirmed they did. They didn't bother to tell me it was broken. The elevator smelled like burnt rubber and the flooring was peeling up and lights were busted. Our bedding had burn marks in it, the light fixtures were missing their covers, and the shower curtain had mold.
Absolutely nothing about this dump.

United Statesstaff was not friendly. our TV did not work. desk clerk would not answer house phone. ended up calling from my cellphone. she answered and came up was unable to fix tv. she thought it may be the “box”. said she may be able to send someone up with a new box. told her not to bother it was getting late. 15 minutes later she called our room to tell us to move our motorcycle out from underneath portico. we ride all over the country and have never had an issue with parking under the portico when there is a threat of rain. there was a Blue VW that was allowed to stay parked under the portico all night.

United Statesholes in the floor, front doors where wedged open, maybe the air in the lobby did not work? i had to go to the 3rd floor to track down the lobby clerk. keys failed twice to let me in the room. homeless guy in the elevator. some of the rooms had the windows open to the outside for days? unpleasant odors. it was just dirty and unkept. was very surprised this place had gone down. i stayed here 10 yrs ago and it was nice and new then.....avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

United StatesEverything, the staff was very rude, the lobby was definitely needing repairs. The doors to the rooms were beaten up, scratched and dented all down the hallway. The flooring throughout needs to be replaced. We walked into to our room and immediately walked back down stairs and requested a refund and went somewhere else. The location was good. The rooms were about as perfect for the great value you could expect. The rooms were spacious, clean and updated... The staff were nice and lobby was welcoming and clean. Not at all what you'd expect from most Motel 6. This one is a exception. Oh and no pet fee. They even gave my Fiona a treat at the front desk. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi..
