I called the night I booked which was the night before we were checking in to see if they had an indoor pool, they confirmed they did. They didn't bother to tell me it was broken. The elevator smelled like burnt rubber and the flooring was peeling up and lights were busted. Our bedding had burn marks in it, the light fixtures were missing their covers, and the shower curtain had mold.

Absolutely nothing about this dump.

Day shift was rude and demanding I asked for a late checkout I was only given 15 minutes and the front desk girl was knocking even when I said give me 10 minutes she knocked repeatedly until I opened the door

Comfortable, clean nice place to wake up to. Nightshift was awesome as well.

The housekeeping accidentally put my room number in for someone with a Damaged room and charged me $150 although it was refunded it was a bit anxiety inducing and would not use my debit card again here

Having roaches all throughout the room and finding a condom wrapper in the bed. Dusty dressers and carpet wasn't vacuumed. Not being able to sleep due to be being bitten while lying in bed.

It was only 8 minutes away from my destination.

the nose! kids running around in the room above us until all hours of the night, staff wasn’t friendly at all, towels weren’t much bigger than a hand towel, pillows were awful, the bedding was clean but very thin, just not a good quality of linens at all. Shower was hot, but no water pressure.

We requested a handicapped room, the toilet was not handicapped! the spa was terrible, it smelled.

staff was not friendly. our TV did not work. desk clerk would not answer house phone. ended up calling from my cellphone. she answered and came up was unable to fix tv. she thought it may be the “box”. said she may be able to send someone up with a new box. told her not to bother it was getting late. 15 minutes later she called our room to tell us to move our motorcycle out from underneath portico. we ride all over the country and have never had an issue with parking under the portico when there is a threat of rain. there was a Blue VW that was allowed to stay parked under the portico all night.

holes in the floor, front doors where wedged open, maybe the air in the lobby did not work? i had to go to the 3rd floor to track down the lobby clerk. keys failed twice to let me in the room. homeless guy in the elevator. some of the rooms had the windows open to the outside for days? unpleasant odors. it was just dirty and unkept. was very surprised this place had gone down. i stayed here 10 yrs ago and it was nice and new then.....avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

My reservations was at 11am, i was told that it wouldnt be ready til after 3. but got it sooner. We got a room that was very dirty. The toilet looked like someone had just peed all over it. So we were changed to a different one and it was the same. The bathroom was all dirty there was trash all over the floor. Super dirty rooms

Everything, the staff was very rude, the lobby was definitely needing repairs. The doors to the rooms were beaten up, scratched and dented all down the hallway. The flooring throughout needs to be replaced. We walked into to our room and immediately walked back down stairs and requested a refund and went somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!

Couch in sitting area was lumpy. Didn't get to use the pool.

The location was good. The rooms were about as perfect for the great value you could expect. The rooms were spacious, clean and updated... The staff were nice and lobby was welcoming and clean. Not at all what you'd expect from most Motel 6. This one is a exception. Oh and no pet fee. They even gave my Fiona a treat at the front desk. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi..

The whole place is run down and filled with bugs. Wires hanging from ceilings in hallways. Bed bugs in bed. Old dry pee in showers. Nasty stained towels

Smoking allowed in halls tho no odor there was a strong smell on elevator, pillows cud use updating and so cud desk chair which was shredding, lights in bathroom need to be brighter for make-up application

The room overall was not the best at all. The bed had stains. The bathroom and living area had mold. There was not a couch nor desk in my suite. The pool had green water. The curtains had mold and dirt in them. It was just not the best experience what so ever.

We felt like we paid to go to prison. Candles for romance= HELL NO Privacy during peak hours=HELL NO Having your family come see you while you're in town=HELL NO Retrieving your own property you can prove you left by mistake=HELL NO.

The pool, when we were aloud to swim. The hot tub, when we were aloud to use it. The room was cold.
