The room was 85 degrees when we walked in to it. There were 3 of us staying there and only 2 towels. The pillows were tiny squares, like they cut the pillows in half. No hot water for showers in the morning. Lukewarm. No soap in the shower.

No cleaning (over four nights stay). The bathroom looked worn and would need refurbishing .

Breakfast need some work! Food was half cooked or burnt! I paid for a room with a spa bath in it and the bath was nasty! Soon I turnt on the jets stuff was flowing in the water! I couldn’t relax while I was away from home!

The was nice and 35 minutes away from where we needed to go! So it was convenient for us!

The TV was located between a lounge and beds. From both positions it is awkward to watch the TV. The toilet did not flush properly.

The breakfast was not available when we stayed. I had to leave at 6:30am and was told breakfast was open at 7am.

Pool and hot tub was freezing. Hot tub didn’t work and staff didn’t seem to care. It was colder than the actual pool was.

Ac was a bit noisy, remote control didn’t have a menu. No drinking water in the room. And most of all no internet!

It’s in great need of repair. The toilet had come loose and wobbled when in use and the floor tiles in the bathroom needed to be glued, grouted and sealed. I almost cut my foot on the edges of them. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb and the freezer space in the refrigerator was so iced, there was no use for it at all. Breakfast service was ok, but there wasn’t any pepper packets left out for guest and none to be found when requested.

The bedroom was clean and smelled fresh. The sofa in the living area was too inconvenient to use has TV watching. The bathroom appeared to be cleaned but had mold in some chaulked areas and stains on the bath floor but the hot water and showerhead was exceptional.

The bathroom was very tiny and only one person can fit in there at a time. This hotel needs some remodeling there are many cracks within the building and in rooms, you can tell that only patch up work was done. Many dips in the floors through the floor that I was on which was the second. The phones in the room did not work, and everybody was aware of it. Coffee pot was missing. T.V. was mounted slanted not straight. No hot water only warm water and I let it run for 10 minutes and still nothing. Room towels were smelly so I had to get more towels.

The rooms were pretty big, great breakfast, and a pool. Love the receptionists they were all awesome.

The carpet at the entrance of the room was coming up and a trip hazard but I informed the manager at checkout and he was going to get it taken care of. We also had a big water bug in our room, but we are from Texas so we are used to them. We also booked online and course the last at the property option but when we got there to check in they had already charged my card. What's the point of giving us the option?
