I didn't like that the room smelt like cat pee. I don't know if it was the air conditioning or the actual bed sheets but it did smell weird. Also I understand the staff were doing their job. But if the check out time is at 12 then the staff should wait until 12 to knock on the door. Its just a personal preference I have when I stay overnight in hotels.

I liked the closeness of the hotel. It had very quiet rooms. Not alot other than that.

Shower was very confusing and didn't work. It was a handicap one with a removable shower head which wouldn't stay on and basically made water go everywhere outside the shower area. Made showering very stressful.

The shower did not like, no tube and water was getting all over the floor because there was no barrier between the inside of shower and the outside of the shower.

There were unfortunately some disarrangements between Booking.com and the hotel, so that everything had to be rebooked on place.

It just met the expectations. The staff was pleasant and gave to children some biscuits for the waiting.

Same room as I had last year. But it wasn't in as nice a condition. Starting to look a bit shabby Paint. A few places where floor trim is in not great shape.

Same breakfast as always. OK, but nothing to shout about. /sane room as I stayed in last year. The lighting was much better.. Thank you.

Staff was overall very good. The issue we had was the lack of hot water. In three nights and seven showers, we had only two that had warm water. It was apparent that the hot water issues are no news to the staff. I asked for some recompense after two straight days of cold showers. Because we booked through a booking site, they said they weren’t paid by us, and could only offer points. I don’t use points. Corporate cop out for the comfort of their guests. I suppose the booking platform did not pay them for my stay. Hmmmm. In the room we were in with a walk in shower was in no way ADA compliant. The shower head had been replaced with something from a hardware store. My wife could not reach it as it was placed so high. In regards to ADA compliance, that is a clear violation. The water not being hot, while only a comfort issue for us is a potential issue for many with disabilities. The lack of hot water may affect some conditions with spastic issues or problems with levels of stimulation. Between those who shared the room , we have over 100 years total serving people with developmental and physical disabilities. I was assured over and over this would be passed on to the higher ups. For ADA attorneys, room 117 at the Comfort Suites in Turlock on Tully. I suggested they work on the room immediately because of what I have outlined here. They indicated that this is an ongoing problem. I have to return to the same area next week, and in spite of the positives with the property and staff, I will not return.

Surprised that a "beer party" was going on in the parking lot. Even told desk clerk that it surprised me that that was allowed. Security was standing there when I told her. Nothing changed. The AC/Heater was difficult to adjust.

Nice accomodations, disappointed pool was shut down.

Bathroom sink was badly clogged, toilet ran continuously and shower curtain was torn.

Only one chair besides couch, not enough to seat 4 people. Beds not comfortable. Pillows hard Room was stuffy & couldn't regulate a/c Blinds did not darken the room. They were only partial blinds.
