Not a real complaint, just a heads up for others. The whole apartment is tile, so bring slippers or cozy socks if your feet get cold easily like mine!

No street number marker at the driveway. Was difficult to find -- we had to drive around a bit before we figured out this must be the place. Coffee and sugar (not just sweetener) for breakfast would have been greatly appreciated.

I would have liked a brighter light in the bathroom but it wasn't a big deal.

The property was spotless and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. While we didn't cook, I noticed that the kitchen was very well equipped. The TV had a variety of programming options. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a cozy living room.

The rain dripping on air conditioner was a bit loud at night, and the bathroom could use a brighter light. But these are very minor and hardly detract from the overall wonderful experience.

Beautiful location, spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Friendly hosts. Perfect for an older couple like us but would be especially attractive for a family of three or four. Has everything one needs for a short or long-term stay. I wish we could've stayed longer!

Decor was lovely and the interior/exterior spotless - clearly lovingly maintained. The kitchen was well appointed (pots/ pans, dishes/glassware) and easy to prep in - we did mostly coffee and breakfast - lunches and dinners mostly out. But we may have most enjoyed the deck, which was as beautifully appointed and maintained as the kitchen, with the added bonus of a picturesque rolling landscape with gardens that looked like a postcard! (The crocosmia were spectacular!)

To nitpick, since there really wasn’t anything to dislike, the light in the bathroom is poor. A vanity light for make up and shaving, etc. would make it perfect.

A message about how to find the key, prior to our arrival, would have been helpful. We arrived, not knowing if we'd be able to easily gain entry. It ended up being just fine, but an advance notice would have been nice. Luggage racks in the bedrooms would be a helpful "added touch." Another box or two of kleenex would be helpful.

Location met our needs. Spacious, nicely decorated apartment. The sense of privacy was good.

There was nothing that we didn't like. You may find it a bit hard to find if you are arriving late at night but the hosts are very easy to reach.

Great location if you are spending time in Cooperstown NY and the surrounding area. Very quiet and peaceful location. The owners were super friendly and they definitely put a lot of work into the apartment. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Slightly noisy dishwasher,washing machine upstairs. Not bad at all, if I stayed in the main bedroom I doubt I would have heard it.

Very clean, very pleasant owners. Mid-April storm dropped 14” of snow, driveway was cleared well before checkout time. Lots of room, very homey feel.

There was nothing we did not like. The bathroom could use a light over the meds cabinet. Nothing else.

The cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. Owners treated you like family,. It was very close to a lovely diner called Cassidys. Eating there was like eating at home. The location was rural and peaceful.

This is a great spacious apartment. It is spotless and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. It is in a rural area with easy access to Cooperstown, Little Falls, Lake Gilbert State Park, and the Erie Canalway trail.
