We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe nonsmoking room smelled like marijuana and there were cigarette burn marks on ask the countertops. The AC was really loud. The mattress sagged in the middle.
It had a decent fridge. The towels were soft. There were 3 USB ports as well as electrical outlets. There were no bedbugs.

United Statesthe furniture is run down and the place was closed for a while do to Covid. talked to the staff and the new furniture is at the port waiting to be delivered. once this happens the place will be much better. I loved the staff the hotel is safe and clean.

United StatesIt had roaches, the air didn’t work properly, the sheets and covers were stained, housekeeping did a half ass job the last day of my stay which caused me not to get towels until 9 pm! So unorganized, but it would be a great place to refer once all theses issues are addressed and fixed. I would definitely return and bring a bigger crowd. It was ok overall, just need to be more attentive on housekeeping.

United StatesRead the above. We should be reimbursed for the 2 rooms that we rented . $350 per night for what we had to put up with is ridiculous. Corporate should close it up.
Room had black mold, bathroom sink barely drained, no smoke alarm in place, it looked like the facility had been opened just for the Masters event. I will be contacting the City building inspector, fire inspector and county health department to alert them of the facility issues.

The beds were hard and there was someone banging with a hammerin The room next door when ppl were trying to sleep. I will never stay there again. I will sleep in my car first.

United StatesI went down the first day and there was no breakfast, but I had my own food anyway. Crack in my door allowed a few critters in the room. Cable channels weren't the greatest on the small TV. One towel had dirty stains on it.
The full size fridge in the room was a great sight. , The Wifi connection was excellent. Locations was great as it's close to the interstate. All in all the price was best I got for the facilities in Augusta.

United StatesEverything was horrible! I ended up going somewhere else to stay the night. The place stunk like cigarette smoke, comforter had burn marks all in them. The comforter had crusted stains on them. There was no way I could let my Grandkids stay in that place. There was food on the counters and in the drain. Nastiest motel I have ever been in. They kept telling me that I couldn’t get a refund but finally said he would process one when he came in on Monday. I will update if I actually receive it.
