It did appear that it wasn’t being taken care of the best. Elevator smelled musty, lots of dusty areas in the lobby, one drawer in the dresser in our room did not stay closed.

Quiet location. Lots to do close by. Nice breakfast selection.

The property is a little run down and the pool towels are old and rough and the pool chairs are dirty. The hallway carpets felt dirty. The place could use better lighting in the parking lot. The tub was slippery and didn’t drain well.

It had a pool and hot tub. The breakfast bar was very good with a lot of selections. The room was clean and they gave good bathroom amenities.

Stains in the carpet, dust all over tables, bed was ok, needed a lil better up keep, was a random hole cut into the ceiling on the 3rd floor hallway

Location, plenty of restaurants in the area and legends shopping center is within walking distance, big rooms, staff was friendly.

The cleaning staff on the weekend could do a better job of getting around to the rooms especially the rooms of the guest that ask for their rooms to be cleaned.

The property was clean in itself and the rooms was clean. The only issues I had was when I asked for my rooms to be cleaned on the Sunday they never was cleaned so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for clean towels and linen. But overall I was pleased with my stay.

The fitness is awful. Broken equipment, solid door so you can’t see in before entering (sort of creepy) and didn’t “open” until 6am. Breakfast was pretty much all Processed junk. The sound that carried from the floor above was so annoying. Heard walking all night long over our beds.

Wished the hot tub jets had some more power but still relaxing

The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. The room was more than adequate size and comfortable. Also that you had to use your key card to get back inside the building past a certain time of night. I appreciated that and gave me an added sense of security.

The bed and pillows in the room we stayed in were flat. Never had pillows that bad. Even though the hotel was not busy, we were placed at the end of a long hallway.

The bed was super hard! Very uncomfortable. I had to be up at 4:30 am for a job, and there was no fresh coffee. I came back at 10 am and the coffee was still cold. Don't think I will stay again.

The beds were not great. The boy on night staff was not at all friendly. It seemed like he hate his job and didn’t want to be bothered. And when I said thank u he completely ignored me. Also the room was clean but when u close the door the floor didn’t look clean in the corners and the hinges were super rusted. Just seemed the attention to detail was a bit lacking. Day staff was great..

Pool and spa was out of service. We rented this property specifically for the pool, as we were traveling with an 8 year old. Booking. Com did not advise facilities were not available. Hotel said Booking.com knew that all the facilities in that area were down due to water issues. Would have been nice to know.

The breakfast was very limited. Only hot food other than cook you own waffles was a small bin of instant eggs and mediocre sausage. We skipped breakfast all together and ate out. Floors in the room were dirty and the TVs were 15-20 years old.

Loved the location. Easy to get to The Legends and surrounding attractions. Staff was friendly.
