We had trouble with our key cards and the light on the door not coming on.

The staff was vary friendly, always greeted you. The pool area was amazing. And when a problem came up the staff handled it quickly and professionally.

It feels like an older property.

The cook was amazing. She came out to check on food multiple times to make sure there was enough. The staff at the desk at check in and check out were very helpful. Told us good bbq places!

The elevator was a little scary. It sometimes made a loud noise and jumped.

Nice hotel close to Legends. We loved all the choices for food that were nearby.

The pool was cold and the jets on the hot tub didn't work right. The beds we're a little too hard.

The spy pool wasn't available all the workout equipment wasn't available and the tub stopper didn't work.

at a late check-in, a large amount was withdrawn from my two cards + $50 deposit. I booked through booking the price of $90.97, I was charged $140.96 + $140.96 + $50 deposit from two cards. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

I think they need to make it easier for staff to check guests in. Also after I left the hotel my card was charged a 2nd time. Had to call my bank. Never received my deposit back.

The hotel is showing some age to the building...carpets( some small stains in various spots) lobby( had an area of water damage that has caused a hole to open up in the ceiling material) room door( had issues reading key card causing you to have to scan it multiple times each time to enter the room) dresser ( a couple of the drawers will not stay closed on their own but definitely better than not being able to open or close them at all).

Great Value for the quality of the room we had (King suite w\ jacuzzi tub & fireplace). The view from our room of the whole "Legends" area was beautiful,and the proximity to Legends, I-435, and I-70 gives quick and easy access to anywhere you might go. The staff was super friendly and the lobby, the halls, and the room all smelled clean and pleasant. The facilities could use some TLC cosmetically, but at such a GREAT price the quality issues were minor and almost completely cosmetic..

The shower curtain had mildew, the shower/tub did not appear to be cleaned, hair on the floor.

Very friendly staff. We were there only 1 night, so we did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast was good. Waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs. Cold options were cereal, yogurt.

just a few things were spotted that weren’t the most clean like a few hairs in the shower and on the floor and an unpleasant smell in the room

The location was great! Very welcoming. Feel when you walk through the front door. Our room was very beautiful, but had a smell that wasn’t the most pleasant. Everything seemed clean. Just a few hairs were found in the shower. The pool seem very nice I didn’t get the chance to swim in it, though I was super excited for breakfast! The breakfast staff were amazing. Fresh food was being made. Every 15 minutes everything was clean the buffet style breakfast was amazing. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel for that breakfast! Overall, I was very happy with our stay!
