Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was ok, I was disappointed with the mold in the pool restroom and the stairwell smelled horribly like mold. The room was great other than that. And a women was overly loud behind the counter this morning talking gosip it seemed like. My kids had a good time but me being pregnant I couldnt bear the mold smell in the stairwell and pool restroom

United StatesRoom door wasn't too secured if we left room. Could easily be broken into with just a credit card. Staff was showed door, and said they would have maintenance take care of it. Hopefully it gets done before next customer books it.

United StatesThe hotel is run down! The smell of smoke lingers in the hall and elevator. Almost everything was heavily used. The carpet, towels, and bedding had stains. The phone was broken, so were the clocks. It definitely needs a renovation.
The property did have a pool and lots of parking. The location was good for us because it was close to the event we were attending.

United StatesThe stopper in the tub was broken and had to be jimmy-ridgged to work, that was a bit inconvenient and the staff apologized and explained how to rig it.
It was very convenient having hot breakfast downstairs and ready for you when you wake up. Coffee, eggs, Belgium waffles, juice, fruit and oatmeal was ready and waiting, with a hungry, demanding toddler that was a bonus.

United StatesI chose the 'pay at property' option, but the charge came out of my account the day before we arrived. Upon arrival, I asked where the luggage cart was and was told another guest had the only one, but since I was on the first floor, I shouldn't have any problems carrying my luggage. The room was clean, but there was peeling paint, broken tiles, and the cabinet was disintegrating. We were only given one set of towels and when we asked for another set, they were damp. The lady argued, saying they weren't. The shower was very weak, barely rinsing off the soap. The tub had stains in it. The next morning, I asked for 2 wash clothes and was told that since I had not requested them the night before, I would not be able to get any. They have a policy that each guest is only allowed one complete set. Breakfast was decent except for the pancake batter was very watered down, so it stuck to the iron and didn't cook properly.
The bed was comfortable.

I honestly feel like the lack of communication in regards to these little things makes it easier for them to keep deposits .

United StatesIssue with booking.com reservation showing up on their system. Called because we were running pretty late and they couldn't find reservation then after 45 minutes I thought we were all set and then got to location and still had problems and they thought I hadn't payed. It took almost an hour to check in and it was the middle of the night. Also there was apparently dog poop in the parking lot that one of us stepped in. I found the spot in the morning where it was. Why it was there, not on the grass but in the lot was very frustrating and such a mess to clean up. Also my shower was so dirty I had to clean it before I used it. There was hair and bottom of tub was gray and brown with dirt.

United StatesThe toilet was broken in our room, I told one man who was said to be the big boss and he just said make sure I tell the staff, in the morning I went to the desk, because the phone in my room also didn’t work, he asked me if he gave me a plunger would that help, first of all, REALLY! I should fix it, he said someone would be up about 7:20, the problem was the tank wasn’t filling up. About 8:30 my kids and I had to go downstairs and go to the bathroom, we ate breakfast and I went to the room, expecting the maintenance had been there, nope. I called the hotel from my cellphone, new guy at the desk. I explained to him what was wrong, he came up and said he just had to make some adjustments and it was fixed, it flushed once after he left and then again the tank wouldn’t fill up, so we checked out an hour earlier than we had planned to.
