The rooms are a little outdated and there's some obvious wear and tear on the furniture and carpet.

Location was great. Only stayed one night so can't comment on much else. The bed was really comfy and the toiletries that were provided were good. The breakfast selection was alright.

Our view wasn't really good. while the location is very convenient, most of the rooms have a view of a parking lot or the hotel right next door.

The money I paid compared to the value fellow coworkers paid at their hotels was very disheartening.

i could have went to a gas station for the same things that you served. I had to get a real breakfast at a restaurant fried eggs. etc....

At the first room we were given, our keys did not work, so I had to go down the stifling hot elevator to get them reset. The room smelled like an ashtray. I had to go back down and explain that I'm allergic to cigarettes. The second room was on 2nd floor. It was better. Lamp shade was filthy, but most everything else was clean. Our bed was comfortable. Our second night, we had been hiking all day. We returned to the hotel and there was NO WATER. Nobody bothered to phone our room. Our neighbors told us a pipe broke. I tried to phone the front desk to find out what was wrong and get towels, and our phone was broken. I called with my cell and no answer!! When water was finally on, it was filthy. I couldn't sleep or relax. We tried sleeping all dirty. Next morning we showered in cloudy water and did not drink anything. We dried ourselves on the leftover hand towels. We couldn't swim because the pool was constantly full of hyper teenagers. I feel that we over paid for the extremely poor service and aging facilities. The carpets in the halls are coming up! Our shower head was stuck up and to the far right, which is spraying against the shower wall instead of the person. The location is ok, but it's still a few miles from anything. The hotel parking situation is horrible after 6 PM. There's nothing pretty about the view. I thought this would be a much nicer property with it being Radisson. We were extremely disappointed. The outside of hotel looks all renovated, but the inside looks old and smells old.

The A/C kept the room nice and COLD. The mini fridge works great. Ice machines are conveniently located.

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. It could have been better for such a nice hotel. My room had a musty smell. I bought Febreze air freshener to try and get rid of the musty smell.

Mattress needs replaced. No breakfast except something cheap in package fresh rolls would be nice. Hot tub water was cold & pool and hot tub weren't real clean.Hall had odor.

The breakfast could have been a lot better especially for the price of the hotel.

we loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We also liked that check out was at noon, gave us a little more time to rest and get ready in the morning before check out time.
