We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BangladeshWe needed a plunger in the middle of the night and we were told maintenance would be in the next morning at 8 am so we couldn't use our toilet all night and we had someone who was sick and 2 small children so that was extremely inconvenient. The breakfast was not good at all.
It was a good price and a very nice room. The staff was friendly.

United StatesI complained of nasty spots on the sheets, and the check - in clerk had housekeeping to change them ( I had a blanket in my car, which I used to lay on during my overnight stay). I also saw what looked to be a roach that I killed. I complained to the morning desk clerk as well. The floors were dirty.. I didn't feel comfortable at all. As I do travel to Waldorf, Md. pretty often, I will start taking pictures of bedding and the condition of the rooms. Rooms are too expensive to not have clean linens and clean rooms. The outside needed trash picked up and needed to be swept and washed down as well.

United StatesI stayed here in May 2023 when the hotel began the renovations and they are still working on the property. The carpet is heavily soiled, so I assume it will be replaced. The room smelled of mold and or cigarette smoke. The tub did not have a stopper and I had to request another iron.
The room was spacious. The staff was attentive. Convenient location.

United StatesNo milk for cereal and the dry cereal was stale. The shower had no power; drizzled out. The carpet in the hallway was filthy & looked as if blood was in the carpet on the first floor. The room was uncomfortable, no light or socket on the bed side adjacent to the restroom. The bathroom floor appeared to be dirty, big spots all over the floor, a big stain was on the bedspread. The front desk clerk said she would replace it and didn't.
