noisy at upper rooms, bad smoking smell every where, no vending machines, not much selections at the small shop in reception, NO Ice machine.

My shower rod was broke but overall I really LIKED and ENJOYED my stay. I think the decor could use some color too like some throw pillows or ottomans in the bedroom suites but otherwise I would c9me back again. Also add the smoke detectors to the room.

Some staff members were rude, one room and roaches transferred to another room and the sheets stained with blood and mattresses also , the window was broken , and doors was slammed all night. Same breakfast everyday, no alternatives for someone who don’t eat pork. Hallway floor had trash and crumbs for two days never was cleaned.

The food was molded, the roaches in the food and rooms, kids running up and down the hall all day till 3am. The fighting between spouses, and not to mention the smell of pot every wear inside of the hotel, not good for someone with asthma. The bed me and my husband had to rotate it because they had deed impressions of being well used.

The cleaning and breakfast staff were very loud early in the morning, literally shouting to one another out in the halls. Guests were fighting in the room above us and the staff did nothing about it. Our room had no toilet paper holder, no safety bar in the shower, no phone to call the front desk, no clock in the room, and no drain plug for the sink. There wasn't a single blanket available during a wintertime stay. The beds only had a thin sheet and an equally-thin bedspread. The carpets in the lobby were also dirty and the parking lot wreaked of pot smoke.

The desk staff were friendly. The location was convenient for my needs. It was a roof over my head.

When I first got there the room I was given was next to a room with very loud people and worst of all the room had cockroaches. Also not much as far as breakfast. Slim pickings is an understatement.

Once my room was changed to the newly renovated part ,my stay was great.

There was too much traffic down the hallway. Doors slamming all night. Car locking alarms going off throughout the night. No security present.

Will NEVER go back or recommend and would prefer half of my money back.

Hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke. Although the ac and heat unit was an older model it still was comfortable. Floor was kinda sticky. Overall the room was clean.

The property was being renovated although I understand renovations the bathroom has dirty towels the tub had some brown goo in it there were multiple bugs the beds are hard as rocks and extremely uncomfortable the paper on the windows the heat was barely any type of heat at all the fan stayed on constantly even when I turned it from always on the auto fan. It was freezing outside that night and inside my room. The walls are paper thin I could hear conversations in the hallways the next room and every step the people above us took.

Honestly the only thing was the size of the room.

Everything in the room was clean had a nice smell and I could see out my window and my vehicle at the same time so I was very impressed the staff was very nice and I just love the breakfast it wasn't a fake breakfast like all the other ones say yeah they do breakfast but they just give you coffee in a dry donuts but this was all breakfast Hot cakes and sausage and French toast and eggs too boy all that was great I really enjoyed myself there that day never thought I would get a full meal from a restaurant without them thinking that they have breakfast for you when you check in but when you check out in the morning they don't have nothing for you they tell you got to go down the street but this place came from pay it and told me breakfast will be served at 7:30 and it was on time couldn't ask for any much more than that 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I just love the fact that they show me a lot of love when I got there and I appreciate that they didn't act snobbly they act like they really wanted me there and they tried to help me make sure I was comfortable that I didn't get from other hotels so I might be staying at this one on the regular very comfortable and I like it there will be going back today to check in so I can get my beauty sleep because I drive for empower that is Uber and Lyft in case you didn't know what that is and power is a new driving service

Killed 3 roaches in my room plus the whole left side had no power.... only light I had was the 1 by the door by the bathroom.....

I had big water stains in the ceiling and I look like a whole in the ceiling… The bathroom had Mold by the bathtub.😳🥴😠
