It's in the perfect location. Right off 75, next to a publix which is good when you freeze the chocolate milk 🤣

The main issue was that the TV was impossible to figure out. You need good written instructions in the room as to how it operates. So we could not watch the news, for example. See above for downgrade on your breakfast service. The vending machines were very bad. Could not make the one on main floor work at all. You need a more useful safety bar in the tub. The toilet is way too low to the floor, especially for older people.

OK food. Closure time last day was before closure was scheduled. So we missed most of the food. Another customer argued loudly about being cheated out of his breakfast. He was right. Staff was VERY unhelpful and too rigid about having no way to open the juice dispenser for the other customer.

There wasn't anything to not like!

The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal! There are a lot of beautiful spaces, indoors and outdoors, to relax, so you're not limited to your room. It's really a lovely place!! I plan to stay here every other month when I visit family, it's that nice! They offer breakfast, real sustenance, not the basic continental fare most places serve. Everything about this reasonably price hotel, right down to the staff, deserves a 5 star rating!

Broken ice machine. Broken vending machine. Terrible breakfast. No gluten free options. No bananas! Eggs and sausage look very unappetizing.

I don't have any complaints. It was an overall, positive experience.

I like the close proximity to restaurants and shopping and easy access to I-75. What I liked more than anything was the excellent customer service given by Jonathan! Not only did he go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, I witnessed him being that way with every guest. He handled check-in and check-out so efficiently and professionally, even when he was answering the phone and dealing with issues at the same time. He is an excellent multi-tasker and has such a warm, friendly, and empathetic way about him that made something routine feel quite special!

rooms were filthy. one room had a big bloody stain on it and we had it changed. when we complained to the manager he said it never happened. unbelievable. air conditioners on multiple rooms were not working and breakfast was really bad.

Chris who manages the front desk is exceptional. kind and responsive. however that was the only positive. the hotel is still under construction. the suite is tiny, rust pieces came out of the bath tap, the carpets on the stairwell are filthy and even in our room there were many stains. sheets and blankets are thin and torn. the noise level was high since the hotel was booked out by travel soccer teams and our suite was right in the middle of the action by the elevator. it’s disappointing that Radisson is even mentioned in the name. we travel a lot but this was beyond disappointing. no fault of Chris.

Dirty bathroom, filthy floors. Yellow stains on walls. A room next to to a plastic wall that was being dried and fans were going on all night and throughout the day. Dirty towels with black hair all over. Filthy moldy shower. Definitely not worth $248
