Solid hotel. We visit here at least 1-2x per month for business and the staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and it has a nice basic breakfast.

There were parts of the room that were dirty and I could tell they never clean certain areas. Our room was suppose to have anohter sitting chair which for some reason wasn't there.

The breakfast was fine. Wasn't anything special.

I needed to upgrade to a room with a pull out couch and the woman I talked with was so kind and helpful. She remembered me when I called back and needed to check in early as well. Very friendly!!

Thought the price was a little high for a 2 night stay, that said, it was a quality facility in a good location.

The pool was so cloudy that I didn't dare go in it even though I specifically chose this place because it had a pool. It's definitely not being maintained properly. I went in the hot tub instead. They're right next to each other and the difference in the water is tremendous. You couldn't see to the bottom of the pool. The elevator floor could be cleaned more often. The same chips were on the floor the entire weekend. Otherwise the facility is very clean.

It is attractive in all areas from front desk, breakfast area, and my room. The adjoining bar and restaurant are nice.

The pool was really cold.

Having two different restaurants attached was great. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with getting billed twice, when I brought it to the girl's attention she corrected it immediately.

I messaged the property on booking.com and asked them to please provide a room with grab bars as I am disabled. They placed me in a room that was difficult to walk to, without bars. I dealt with it - but I nearly fell in the bathroom.

Our receptionist, on checking in, was grim and didn't appear welcoming. She was, however, the exception to the rest of the staff. Bedside lighting was excellent but could have better lighting on the opposite side of the room.

A large, comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices (hot and cold} neatly laid out.

We had difficulty checking in. The person at the front desk did not know what she was doing. Took almost 20 minutes. She charged us for the room we already paid for. Did not know how to correct the problem. Waited until the next morning for new front desk assistance to correct the mistake.

I loved that the pool was open until midnight, however the adult hours are 11-12. I come for the hot tub and there are kids in there under 6 years of age and that is extremely dangerous for them. Kids are also without parents in the pool area. I’m a mother of 4 so I certainly don’t have a problem with children but an hour or 2 earlier in the evening for adults might give parents time to feed kids or something. The people above us were having a party and didn’t quiet down unto 4:30 ish am.

The breakfast was nice. A little variety would be nice, but it covered all the basics.

The thermostat in our room faced the area were we slept and had a light on it that kept the room lit up at night. Had to find something to cover it so I could sleep. Little Brite for me.
