I think there were a lot of new people in training and sometimes they did not know how to do some stuff. It is ok for me but someone senior should be there with them at all times.

Excellent location and nice rooms. All the workers are very gentle.

Since when did you have to put in a request to have your hotel room clean? It seems if we were staying more than one night the cleaning the room would have been automatically done however, it was not we had to request fresh towels.

No bathroom trash for sanitary products- I understand the cut down for plastic/recycling ect. However, not having a small trash can in the bathroom was definitely a frown! In addition to the one trash can that is no more than a 2 gallon bucket with no bag! My stay was for two nights with a 9 month old. Hate the person in charge hasn't considered the amount of diapers a baby can use and the smell of baby poop can be very unpleasant.

We didn't get the letter about no breakfast due to no staff on Christmas. I totally understand that it was Christmas but I was irritated that we didn't get the letter.

Everything was wonderful except we didn't get a towel set for my son. I had to go down to the desk. (We did register as 3 people) The room was very comfortable.

TV issue .. had to have maintenance come to room to fix. Later had the computer area light go off and would not come back on. Then wanted breakfast next day and you had no cook. Your mini market was not well stocked

The front desk lady was rude to us. When we arrived on March 9th at around 8pm, as I was checking in she said she could only she 1 room Reserved on my booking instead of 2 rooms. I asked why is that so, she said that there is a problem with booking.com and asked me to call the customer support. She didnt offer any help or anything to resolve the issue. She said also there is only 1 room left and it’s a single room. So I called booking.com customer support. He placed me on hold For like 30 minutes and needed to talk to the hotel property. They were negotiating and eventually the front desk told us they resolved the issue. They thought my last name was something else so that’s why they didn’t see my confirmation but they said they can see it but only 1 room. So they are just making a story and telling lies to us that they can only see 1 room on my reservation. I really didn’t appreciate how the lady handled the situation and not being helpful and trying to tell us they only have 1 room left but in reality there were available rooms after they have spoken to Miguel the customer representative from Booking.com. I dont recommend this hotel because of their customer service and we even paid fully the reservation before we checked in so this was really ridiculous to say that I only had 1 room reserved.

We waited for more than an hour in the lobby because we are told our reservations did not go through. Receptionist told us only one room for the night is available. We were very anxious that we might look for other hotel. Called booking.com to clarify with the receptionist what is going on. Eventuallly the receptionist informed us that the names were mixed up,😖. Found out later that there are more vacant rooms, we were given a choice what floor we like. Receptionist needs training.

The beds were hard and the lighting was awful. It made it hard to sleep and hard to get dressed. Also there was little to no breakfast.

The property was pretty and the location that we needed was perfect. It was close to where we were gonna be all weekend.

Very rude manager, wrong room (no balcony, although I reserved one with a balcony), felt unwelcome. The manager's hurtful and disrespectful conduct towards my family left us not wanting to stay anymore and we checked out more than a day in advance.
