For the cost of the room there should have been some kind of breakfast or at least coffee available .

Went to the lounge for a drink. The bar did not have the correct items to make these drinks but still charged top price. I ordered an old fashioned and they did not have cherries or an orange to make this drink correctly. They served this drink on ice cubes. My husband ordered a gin and tonic and there were no limes available so she gave it a squirt of lime juice from the little plastic lime. Ugh…need to step it up in the bar.

There was a team of boys staying at the hotel that were very loud, left their garbage thrown all over the hall, and kept knocking on our door thinking it was their room.

Parking. We had to park in the back because the front was full. Poor to no lighting where we parked. We didn’t like that there weren’t cups for the coffeemaker in the room, just glasses.

Easy to get to, close to the Highway. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the back in the evening. Room was comfortable and quiet for sleeping. comfortable beds! Also we were so impressed with the personal welcoming on the tv screen in the room! A nice personal touch! 👍🏼

I didn’t like the fact that we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and any other basic essentials for our room if we needed them. I actually asked on the morning of third day for towels and toilet paper expecting them to be in my room by that night and they were not. I had to go back downstairs to get them. I could’ve waited on the towels but the toilet paper we were totally out of because we only had one roll to began with. I totally get the Covid issue but for the price I paid the maid should’ve at the least come by and checked on our bathroom needs. Oh and to take our trash out. When I stay at a 150.00 a night hotel I shouldn’t have to ask for basic cleaning needs I’m not even asking for my bed to be make just the basics. One other minor detail was I wanted to know why my room was a different charge each night and I asked the front desk lady and she didn’t know so she said the manager would look at it and call me back. He never called me so I called him and he said “give me 25 minutes and I will call you back” he never did so I call back again and a different front desk lady answered my questions as if that was common knowledge. He (the manager) definitely dropped the ball. When I come back to North Dakota because of the above issues this would not be my first choice hotel.

Loved the morning front desk lady and the restaurant staff. They were always super friendly and genuinely seemed to be happy working at this hotel.

The patio was loud late into the night (1am). I called down and asked how late the patio was open and the front desk said there was no curfew. I had a 3am flight to get to Bismarck and was exhausted but the folks on the patio were yelling and playing drinking games. I asked for my room to be switched but they couldn't and there was no discount offered. The bathroom had dirt, grime and mold in the shower. There were also items falling off their brackets.
