After checking in we learned there was no longer shuttle service, even though it is advertised as such. We could still leave our vehicle however we would need to call an Uber, which we were not interested in doing. This was a disappointment.

That they have shuttle service to the airport and you can leave your vehicle.

Finding out there was once a pool that is now gone was disappointing, I think a complimentary breakfast service would be more than applicable to help suffice such a short coming but even that was absent.

I paid 40.00 for 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, potatoes, avocado toast and a fruit cup. RIDICULOUS! Unfortunately I won’t be back.

There is no breakfast. The bistro at the hotel is your only breakfast option, and it comes with a high price tag and not a lot of options. $10 for a bagel + coffee.

The location is good, very close to the airport and there are plenty of restaurants around and the mall is nearby. It is not very walkable, so you will need a car/car service. The room has a great size and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony!

Coffee was just warm; breakfast was expensive and was out of basic items like the avocado was still frozen and there was no arugula. Dinner & Bar never open, hotel could not find someone to work that shift.

Wrong size sheet provided for pullout sofa bed. No coffee in the lobby. I was told the points would be applied but the receipt indicated otherwise. It will take a phone call to straighten out.

The hallways were extremely warm to a point of being uncomfortable as if they were not air-conditioned at all, every hand sanitizer dispenser We found on the property, including in the gym, was completely empty. They had only black coffee, self-serve with no creamer of any type (powder or liquid ) and you had to go to the front desk to ask for a cup. There was a small coffee maker and coffee in the guestroom however it too had no creamers. The hotel advertises having a bistro with breakfast items and Starbucks coffee but they had no one to work the bistro. We ended up going out to Starbucks a couple of miles down the road.

We didn't eat the breakfast, but went out to a restaurant which was much more economical. For the price of the stay, we would like to have seen a complimentary breakfast. Also, we were surprised that there was no housekeeping service after our first night. The girl at the desk at our check-in was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons: main complaint was no microwave in the room. We ended up throwing out costly food as there was no microwave to heat it and we could not travel with it. No breakfast unless you purchase from the overpriced bistro. ($5.00 for a cereal cup which I had just purchased 10 for $10 at the store.)

Pros: It was conveniently located for our purposes. The facilities were clean and well-kept. The staff was kind and helpful. The decor was modern and fresh. Tons of restaurants in close proximity.
