We had a room with a king bed and sofa bed. King size was comfortable but the sofa bed was terrible! Sofa beds aren’t normally super comfy but this one was out of the park awful.

Property was clean and staff was friendly.

I didn't like getting charged for breakfast then being told no breakfast staff unavailable.

There were a few things that I didn’t like. One major problem was we (and 5-6 other families) were there for a baseball tournament and we expected our complimentary breakfast to be available before 7am. This morning, at 7:10am, nothing was ready. my son asked for milk and he was given half a cup of milk. Having the complimentary breakfast was one of the major reasons we wanted to stay at your hotel. The second issue is the overpowering smell in the lobby. Some folks gets headaches for such a powerful fragrance in the lobby. One thing I would like to suggest is to have a another mirror in the room to provide another area to get ready in the morning. For a family, hard to fight over one mirror.

The property was very clean and carpeting in the hallways were thick enough that you could not hear footsteps outside the room. It was very quiet. The bed was great but pillows could be better.

No morning breakfast was included. The big round chair was NOT COMFORTABLE to relax in for very long and only one was in the roomi. Hand soap was not pleasant to smell. When listening to my music on TV had to play it VERY low because the speaker on the TV vibrated and was muffled.

Was a nice quiet area. The room was clean.

Breakfast was not offered and the "Starbucks" in the lobby is really a cafe with some Starbucks products. The property only offers a tiny indoor pool. It wouldn't be my first choice for vacation travel but would be perfect for business travel.

The staff was nice and very helpful. The facility is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. Close to malls, shopping, and restaurants.

Oh man the location! This part of town is super clean, LOTS of business and food options right near the hotel. Facilities were outstanding. Great indoor pool.

They're doing construction on the fourth level and it started variably in the morning. The construction was happening right above our room. Hotel staff mentioned it the night before and still put us in that room.

We had trouble accessing the wifi, and ended up having to use cellular data for the duration of the stay.

The staff, especially the front desk, was perfectly attentive. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the property was also great as there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

My only dislike of the place would be that it didn't have a jacuzzi or sunken tub. After a long day of driving, my back needed a break, and having something to soak in would have been helpful, but such is life.

Upon check in Hotel could not find reservation. As it was booked under Michael Seankerr it should have been Michael Sean Kerr and lady at front desk could not find it? Til we checked In to a separate hotel. She called us at new hotel that she referred us to saying she found reservation. To late we already paid for the night. She told us that she would check us in and reimburse first night. Get back in the morning to check in and was treated very rudely by lady checking us in almost seemed like she was trying to demean us for using third part booking and it was our fault. Different note noticed garbage in common areas were not emptied regularly.

I liked the front person Juan very cheerful, friendly, helpful. Also Kailin Was helpful and accommodating after initial contact personnel. Redeemed our stay to some extent.
