We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe were traveling with my 90-year-old mother who uses a walker. (Luckily, our rooms weren't that far from the elevator.) There was no access to the parking lot that didn't include the need to step up or down a curb. You need to cut in some ramps.
The hotel did a great job of accommodating our requests for two rooms close together and away from the construction going on at the hotel. The breakfast was better than I expected, and the service was terrific.

United StatesWe had a handicap room and the walker that was in there looked like the feet hadn't been cleaned. Also when we returned after being out the bathroom sink had inexplicably filled with water. I know we didn't leave the faucet on when we left because part of the wire of my curling iron was in the sink so where the water came from would only be explained by the reason it took ten minutes to drain, it must of been a back up of the pipe. Also doors slam very hard so whenever anyone on the hall leaves you can tell.
The new décor is nice and the room was clean. The walk out porch into the courtyard seemed nice although we weren't able to take advantage of it while we were staying. Staff were very nice and helpful!

United StatesLot's of construction in our hallway. Had to go outside in courtyard to then re-enter hallway to backtrack to our room. Carpet was wet near bed. Cost was high in my opinion considering no continental breakfast was included.
Bed, bath, couch, tv were good. Staff was great. Breakfast we had was good even though there are cost's involved. Family used shuttle service which was nice.
