The Breakfast was very good and always served with a smile!. The staff were very helpful and the Hotel location was perfect for my needs. Will definitely stay there again when afforded the opportunity.

I can’t think of an issue that would warrant noting.

The breakfast was superb, the location near Fairfax Hospital was convenient and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Also the 12 pm checkout and usage of the outlet for EV charging was a plus.

Mattress was VERY hard. No microwave in the room. Parking used to be free. Breakfast used to be free. Prices have nearly doubled. This used to be the place we always stayed and recommended. Not anymore.

low value. charging to park, front desk staff were great, bistro staff . not attentive. its alright if you cant get to someone right away, but at least tell them you see them as they stand and wait will you take 2 minutes to enter a ticket.. how about "i'll be right with you "?

The toilet in the bathroom made too much noise after flushing it. It took long to quiet down. The pool was not open.

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. It didn’t make a lot of noise. The location was good.

The pool was closed, the gym was run down, not stocked on cleaning equipment, and somewhat dirty.

The room was very comfortable, the facilities were clean and felt modern.

I do not like it at all. I do not recommend for anyone. They do not have breakfast, lotion and even complimentary water in the room. Stuff are not friendly. On the top of that they charge for the parking

no complimentary breakfast or coffee. They have the faux Starbucks counter with slow service and overpriced food. Bring back the good ole days of the waffle maker and regular coffee available in the lobby.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged, I reported to the front desk since I got no answer from Housekeeping. I was assured that by next day morning it would be fixed. I did not want to move to another room because we had traveled and were dead tired.

Location was perfect. Metrorail was next door and eateries were plenty around

Advertises pool, but no pool available. Please remove pool pics, or make it CLEAR that no pool is available. It’s not unusual these days to encounter shorter dining hours, or limited staffing, but no pool, unacceptable, and as a big part of why we chose this location, was VERY disappointing. The initial appearance of the hotel seemed very clean, but after being out for a few hours, we came back to our pastries on the counter, and the box was loaded with tiny ants. Luckily that happened on our last day. I did inform the young lady at the desk, who apologized, and told me it was “ant season “, which may be true, but I still don’t expect to see them in my room. No effort was made regarding service recovery.

Amazing location. very walkable and safe neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants close by. convenient grocery mart. The young gentleman at the desk was very nice. Housekeeping was also very nice.

I didn't enjoy paying to park and the bed was meh...pillows not very comfy and I personally like a little weight on me as far as blankets but thats just me. :) No extra blankets in closet.

It was fine. It was a nice looking place. I liked the music that was on when you entered the room and it was spacious enough. Seemed clean.

they continue to charge my credit card for a caramel latte and breakfast sandwich that I purchased. I got continually charged for the same meal at least 10 times! They said it was a glitch in the system, however it took me going back to the hotel in person to pay with another card, and then I was charged again for the same purchase with the Card that was previously on file!
