Out dated lots of construction going on so most facilities closed and lots of noise. Beds not comfortable. Doors don’t close on own so make sure you close your door.

The place needs upgrade, was not happy that this place charged you for parking per day they sure get you there it’s very expensive at the end of the day. I saw the inside of pool still dirty the next day it wasn’t clean.

I like that it was across from the beach that’s the reason we chose this place. The view was beautiful.

Bistro should be open by 6 am and open at least until 2. Coffee should be offered throughout the day I didn’t mind paying for beach chairs - but hotel guests should possibly get a different rate (if staying longer than five days)

Thread bare carpet in the room. Bathroom needed some attention. Adjoining room, could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbours.

Amazing view from room. Great location for beach. Good staff. Room nice and modern. Top level shampoo and conditioner, bought it back home, highly recommended! Allowed us to keep room longer.

Only dampener was there was building work ongoing from 8am to 6pm. However, this was scheduled to be completed within 3 weeks of my visit.

Its convenient for the beach and downtown. Top floor room was a bonus.

The hotel is old and need restoration. The repair of one facade is already started. This was not reflected on price of stay. Poor breakfast service - expensive breakfast bar with microwave heated dishes.

Perfect location at the ocean drive and beach, also beautiful neighbourhood around. Friendly and helpful staff. Good WIFI. Perfect room size.

There was almost no insulation between the hallway and the room. It was like people in the hallway were in the room with you but fortunately they have lots of signs posted that it is a “quiet zone”, I was worried about it being a problem after going to bed however it was not. By 11 all stayed pretty quiet, except for one young man who clearly was having fun on spring break🤣 but he wasn’t in the hotel hall for very long.

The breakfast was fine. They were having a hard time keeping up with cleaning the tables but it was good and free. The location was good little further away from where we thought we were going to be but not bad, we were within walking distance distance of everything at the beach, which is definitely what I was looking for.

Shuttle service did not turn when we disembarked from our cruise.when we left the hotel to go to the airport the driver told the conceirge he would charge a cheaper fare telling us Uber would not take 2 suitcases which was strange we got out his van my wife paid him what was agreed he then started to hassle her for more money saying the money goes to the hotel he was just a bully

The floor had drops Of some dark dried liquid in the bathroom and entry. The corners where the tile met on the floor had dust and dirt collected. Very noisy at night.

The you g lady that checked is in was very nice and helpful! The breakfast was great.

Old not updated facility. Infrastructure - tub had scares and rust marks; secure entrance on Mezzanine level was simply open as was outside door on that level despite not having key card readers

Pool and outdoor bar was very small.

Great location right on the strip in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale Beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool is very small and disappointing bit, the beach is right across the street.

Location is great! There was no where to get coffee after 10am and no food served at the pool during the week so it took us all elsewhere for what I think are basic hotel services.
