Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom temp upon arrival horrid at 62 degress and a/c on. It was 34 degrees outside. No microwave, but did bring one. Hdcp accessible bathroom, but room at end of hall. Difficult for hdcp person to get down long hallway. No continental breakfast?! The cost was too high for no breakfast included.

United StatesThe convenience store was a little excessively pricey. $4 for a cup of Ramen (same as buying 2 cases), $7 for a pot pie ($1 at the store). Convenience charge is understandable, but that was a little much. The restaurant/ bar/ bistro/ Cafe are listed deceivingly on the website, as if they have at least 2 separate facilities if not 4 on site, when they are all the 1 facility/ single ordering counter. I think it's a little dishonest to make it seem like it's more than it is. The hotel is supposed to be pet free, yet on the one night my family and I stayed I was met at the elevator by a guy with his 70 lbs dog on a leash. When I inquired about the dog, it was explained that he basically checked in, then brought the dog in. At which point instead of kicking him out of the pet free hotel they charged him a deposit and let him stay. At the elevator encounter of the animal he was coaching the dog to be easy as he approached me. Not confident on the friendliness of the animal because of this. That being said, as friendly as the staff seems, they are not very accepting of children's noise. After a couple of times of kids being kids in the common areas, and subsequent apologies made by me as well as the 12 & 13 yr old girls, following me having stern talks with the girls, we were threatened it was our final warning and the next time we would be asked to leave. In my opinion it is unfair application of the rules and expectations of the hotel.
The rooms and facilities were well kept and clean. Coffee shop, food, & drinks available at a somewhat reasonable price during normal restaurant hours.

United Stateswhen i booked the room on Bookit i signed up for the free Breakfast and of course I paid extra but only 2 adults and kids under 12 get to either pick two cold or one hot item and my Children where 16&14 my other room i booked for my brothers family i did the same thing and only 2 ppl ate it should have posted something about those rules on the website before I choose that option so we still had to leave and get other Children food .
the pool was very warm and the hot tub felt wonderful … Housekeeping was very nice and the lady serving the breakfast and lunch bar was very nice.

ChileOur initial room at the hotel had a balcony that overlooked the highway. The balcony didn´t have any chairs or a table, making it unusable for us. And the highway was a bit noisy. The receptionist gave us a different room on the other side of the hotel, which was much quieter.
The room was very comfortable and spacious. Having a pullout desk and office chair were a plus. The pool, gym, and laundry facilities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within a short walk from shops and restaurants.

GermanyIt needs refreshing or renovation, we had breakfast included but actually we could only order a very small limited breakfast from the menu as normally breakfast is to be paid, kind of like outsourced, was very strange. We could not order again anything. Process was very bad, although the food was good.
