Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesMy room 306 did not have shower gels loaded and the toilet water line ran about a foot over to the toilet and didn’t look like the quality of work you would see from a Marriott. The elevator first doors to open didn’t recognize floor three when you tried to press the button. You have to open press any other floor and let the door close and then let the second elevator open so you can ride to third floor.
Main lobby is renovated and looks great.

United StatesWe had 3 family members with different sleep schedules so the room was not adequate. Not the fault of Marriott but it did affect our stay. Will get two rooms or a suite another time.

United StatesMy only complaint is that room service never came and made our bed or gave us new towels so we had to call and ask for towels. I’m assuming it’s part of the Covid guidelines or something like that.
-The staff was very friendly. -They had a “grab and go” breakfast, but it actually had pretty good options. -They have nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the rooms. Overall a great stay, a good price and a good location!

Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room and facility was cleaner than other Courtyards. The Pure Room was worth the extra $10. The AC fan did make a noise ….minor detail though. The location of this Courtyard for restaurants is exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised about all aspects of the stay. The Courtyard’s restaurant had a very limited menu item but totally understandable with COVID. Might make guests aware of this at check in since we’d plan to eat on sight but then found the traditional items were not currently available. Otherwise, great venue.

United StatesI assume because of COVID, the breakfast that we expected with our room cost, was disappointing. The jaccuzi was closed for shocking, which was disappointing, but we understand it has to be done, just odd it was on a weekend and not during the week.
The rooms were quiet and dark. Check in was easy and the ice and laundry facilities are easily accessible.
