The check in was very disappointing,as the hotel front desk receptionist and then the manager completely ignored our reservation and tried to give us the much cheaper room, without the view and the balcony. It was extremely upsetting to find out that they don’t have the reserved rooms. Finally we were able to get the room with partial ocean view, overlooking the street. I will definitely try to avoid this hotel in the future.

Very disappointed with size of room! We had to call daily for trash removal! We stayed 5 days and we asked for a microwave daily, but never supplied it. We ate a lot of leftover cold food. They only had 1 chair to sit so we had to bring balcony chair in. The balcony was extremely small.

The grounds were amazing! 2 pools! Their restaurant Donna Mare was very good! They supplied towels and chairs. We rented umbrella! The ocean front view from our room was beautiful @

We didn't get the room we reserved. since we booked thru booking.com we reserved the ocean front with balcony...and got the room with no balcony and they said they couldn't do anything since it was a mistake on there part so paid more for a room that was supposed to be less... the room was dirty ..outdated ... a lot of lights and the bathroom fan didn't work... didn't have any garbage bags ...shower didn't have hot water the hallway noise was as clear as day kept waking us up .

Bed was comfortable... the pool area was nice and beach access....view from room was amazing.

This hotel has potential, but the fact that all of the outdoor areas closed up shop before 8 pm was not worthy of a property of this scale. The indoor bar was crowded (because it was the only place to be), there were two women smoking a joint on the hotel terrace, and the room was small with AC that blew directly on us and had to be turned off. The room almost immediately became stuffy when off. Oh, and the room also had an eggy fart smell.

The property and all the staff was super nice and helpful. everyone is so respectful and smiling. The room was a little bit smaller then I expected but the pool area and ocean access and the food was just fascinating. I will definitely return and I definitely recommend that place. close to everything. Nice boardwalk. Bikes are complementary so having a ride in the morning or evening must have happen. You won’t be disappointed. 10 ⭐️ out of 10.

I was not given the room amenities that were listed in my booking. I did not have a balcony as listed in the room reservation. My room was not changed for several days.

- rooms aren’t cleaned unless you book ahead - pool service is terrible, most orders where incorrect or missing and usually took an hr - adult pool is warm - if you are by the pool get ready to be harassed by pool boys wanting you to fill in trip advisor reviews - gym is tiny and crowded and dirty (pizza boxes just left there) - getting stuff delivered took ages ( I asked for an iron, it took three calls and 1hr and 20 mins) - if you are vegan or vegetarian don’t bother trying to eat there

Construction outside the location makes it slightly difficult to get there...

Hotel staff was very friendly, from valet to the front desk. Check in was very easy with absolutely no surprises. Room was very clean and spacious. The view was amazing. Room 1402 Penthouse just put the icing on the trip. Beach staff was also friendly. You get alot of amenities with the hotel... Highly recommend

Everything was great with the hotel itself HOWEVER how they handle the financials is very poor. What they don’t mention is that they will put a large security hold on your card at checkin it was $150 PER DAY my family stayed a total of 4 days so a charge of $600 in addition to the total cost of the stay was placed on my card. I was told it would be refunded back. This information was not mentioned online. I had a travel lock on my card at check in so I had my mother place the security hold on her card. While at check out the cost quoted to me online would be charged to a separate card. When I checked out I specifically emphasized to have the amount for the room charged on my card and the refunded security hold to be placed on my mother’s card. I requested a receipt for all transactions. A few days later my mother called me upset to find out they had charged her card again for the total amount that was already charged to my card. She contacted them and informed that it was a “mistake” and that it should be off in 24 hours. Bottom line is they will not inform you till check in that it’s a security hold of $150 per night of your stay the screw up was an inconvenience.

No complains just had to go too main lobby every time I needed water bottles but it wasn't that big of a deal, also housekeeping didn't go in but I personally prefer them not too so it wasn't a problem for me at all

Loved the location, staff was great, pool was amazing, coconut water was EPIC! Loved loved loved this place so much and there is sooo much to talk about but honestly its just best to go in person and experience it first hand... I went in with an open mind first time ever in Miami and fell completely in love with this place

Path to the beach was under repair. Pools were too crowded. Outdoor dinning places closed too early. Rooms were not cleaned and maintained every day. We had to ask for maintenance which was given only once during the stay.

The people that work at the hotel were very nice and serviceable. Food was OK. Place was confortable.

The policies around service were strange and although most staff were very friendly, there was a problem with follow up. When we arrived, we were not given any hand towels and the shower gel and conditioner had run out. We pointed this out several times and after the third or fourth time, we were given towels, shower gel and conditioner in the lobby of the hotel and had to take it up to our room ourselves. Same when we asked for some coffee pods on our last evening after running out. We asked the front desk 3 times before being told to come down to the lobby again to pick them up. When we asked about room cleaning after the 2nd day, we were told there was no daily room service for short stays (we stayed 3 nights) and cleaning had to be reserved in advance. This wasn’t mentioned at check in. One night we came back to find some crumpled robes and slippers in a big plastic (see picture). It wasn’t clear if these were left intentionally or unintentionally...

It was nice to have a separate pool for adults. In general, the pools were nice. There was also a hot tub. All the outdoor areas were nice. The beds were comfortable. The beach view was nice.
