Did not know the pet fee regardless is $150!!!! I have never seen where you pay 500$ for 2 days and a small dog is $150 without knowing until you get here. I will not be staying again. They say pet friendly??

The bathroom sink was kind of small and uncomfortable. The worst part is that they did not clean the room & did not even change the towels that we left on the floor.

We kept hearing a lot foot steps the upper floor.

The size of the tv was a perfect for a hotel. Bed was very comfortable and the couch as well ! Bathroom looks nice ! Very clean the room

I booked two nighs at this hotel mostly to relax at the pool after a conference. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which I realietzed at 930. This is too early IMO. To get a decent coffee and a sandwich I had to get a ride to the closest coffee place ($10). The whole journey including coffee and breakfast cost me $40 then. This took away a lot of time from me being at the pool. Once I got to the pool, relaxed for an hour and fell asleep two people - one with a mower, one with a blower - came to deal with the greenery and made incredible noise in the courtyard - just around about 1 pm. Why do these people not do that work when no one is at the pool like when its in shadow later afternoon!!?? So my one full day at the hotel was severly compromised.

The steps leading to the hotel from two parking areas are very uneven and the handrail does not go all the way down to all of the stairs, making it dangerous for someone with mobility and balance issues. I called ahead and asked for a room that would be easy to access, but was given one by these uneven stairs. If I had a room on the other side of the hotel I could have entered and exited much more easily. The overhead light in the bathroom goes on automatically via a sensor. I very much disliked this feature! It is glaringly bright in the middle of the night, and one night came on without me moving several times, scaring me and disturbing my sleep. Awful! A simple nightlight would suffice.

Clean room, wonderful bed and linens, great location, excellent air conditioning unit. Miguel was very helpful in getting my luggage to my car--thank you! Wish I had known to ask for helping in getting it to the room at the beginning of my stay.

Only provided two towels in the room, And the breakfast options were expensive and limited to pre-made items even though it seems like there’s a kitchen.

The Starbucks in the hotel was great. Staff was nice.

A little ways of from the beach. The towels seemed to be a little. Low, but the front desk gave us more. There is no thatching else I can think of,

While in the pool area there wasn’t any towels available I had to go to the front office to request some. In the room we only had two towels for the 3 of us. Also no extra blanket for the sofa bed. I called the Lobby for an extra blanket for the sofa bed and I was told to come down and get it.

Room was very clean. We were able to get a bathroom with disability access shower for our four year old son as we requested. Plus the location of our room was great to get in and out of the hotel without having to get my son exhausted while using his walker. The pool was also conveniently located.

hotel was under construction so I woke up to Loud Banging every morning (3x) above. Swimming pool was NOT heated when stated Pool was Heated.

I specifically reserved a king size bed, I checked in, went to my room and it was 2 queen beds. I am tall, so this was an inconvenience. I went back to the lobby luckily I had printed my reservation. The clerk said the hotel was sold out and the room type did not get passed from this site to their system, so be sure to take a printed copy of your reservation. They were kind enough and were able to find a room that was off the system that I could use with a king bed after about 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby. Only issue was it was near the patio with a fire pit and there was a loud group there on Saturday night. If you are looking for quiet, ask for a room away from this area. The patio was supposed to close at 10, I called the lobby and asked if they could break up the group, I waited an hour and the party kept going, along with barking dogs. I called again and the night shift clerk took care of the situation quickly and I was able to get a good night's sleep. Would be nice if there were destination EV chargers on the property, but the Outlet Mall near the interstate has lots of fast chargers just 2 miles away, so it wasn't too bad if you are driving an EV there. Not too much around the hotel, so its a good idea to have a car to get around.

Room was clean and everything worked and was pretty much up to day. Bathroom was well setup with no peeling of paint or exposed plaster. Shower worked well. Working space was comfortable. Blackout curtains were some of the best I have see at a hotel. Although the hotel is very close to the Palomar airport, there was practically no noise from the planes, just some traffic noise form the road nearby. Noise from upper floors was minimal. Location was very convenient to many local businesses.
