We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Super clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Great to have a restaurant, coffee on site and pool + hot tub. The staff is also very accommodating and kind. Solid hotel, walking distance to quaint little antique shops and restaurants.

United StatesThe first room I was given had poor wifi access. Staff were very helpful and moved me to another room that had better connection. *Owners of this hotel* - please invest in better wifi. For $230 per night, I expect great wifi connection especially when I’m traveling for work. This is also gives your staff an unnecessary issue to have to deal with that is out of their control. Just do better and just make sure all your rooms have wifi connection is it really that difficult. You’re lucky your staff is so great and there was another room available or else I’d be a very unhappy customer.
Staff was EXCELLENT - helpful and accommodating. Room was VERY clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.

United StatesI didn’t like that there was not a complimentary coffee and water station. It’s very nice to be able to get some water or make a hot tea, maybe some coffee. I don’t want to have to pay $3 for a coffee or $6 for a water bottle.
