Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaWhen checking in you should advice about room service I.e. only if you request room to be made up will it be dome. We arrived back after a full day out to find the room not done. On checking with front desk were we told that this is only only on request🤦♀️
Breakfast was a challenge both days We got this hotel as we were told breakfast included Little did we know it was so confusing for staff at breakfast and was limited items. Staff there need training:(

United StatesThe air-conditioning unit in the room was quite annoying. It was a bit loud and was unable to maintain a constant room temperature. The water bottle in the room was not complementary. The carpet in the common areas needs steam cleaning. They were a bit dusty and discolored.

Canadalocation and the front staff are good
It was close to my location. it will get one more Shot hopefully it will be better. The last time i went there it had the air conditioner in the middle of floor taken apart they gave me another room. This time only o e towel which is fine I was by myself for one night. The bathtub had some hair on the ledge . I noticed after I showed . I'm bald . The lounge was not open and the price for hotel was fair .

United StatesWe had to pay a PET FEE. That is the first time every anywhere. $150 for a 3 pound Yorkie. We left the place immaculately. We also had to pay for parking in an open and near empty lot. Another first. Paid for internet too. Quite stunned. Do not stay at this Courtyard.

United StatesI didn’t like that. It said there was a pool and then when we got there, the pool wasn’t working and we didn’t know that we could’ve went to a different hotel to swim until the day we were leaving..
The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and I like the view from my room on the third floor.

United Statesthat we were charged $10.00 a night for each car, it was my daughter and I so we had 2 cars another 40.00 for a already higher priced hotel. The coffee maker in the room had the smallest coffee pot and made 2 tiny paper cups of coffee, no coffee in the lobby, no breakfast with our room.
