Nothing great stay. Staff was amazing. Even held our bags till i arrived and picked them up. Just amazing staff cant say enough.

Even though i didnt make it due to flight cancelation my nephew and brother in law loved everything about the village.... i booked an aditional night this sat because i felt cheeted🤣

The smell in the cabin was a little strange, I think it was from the heater. And the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best. Everything else was a 10/10

The cabin vibe was amazing. The location was wonderful as well.

My only negative comment is that the walkways between the properties need to be gritted/salted as they were super icy and slippy.

Fabulous log cabins a short walk from the town centre. Comfortable and clean. Shuttle bus to the ski slopes was absolutely fantastic!

The pool building facilities required walking outside to use. Advertised “deluxe 4 room cabin” is misleading. I did not feel like the cabins were as spacious as their ad claimed

I received a warm welcome upon arrival. Great directions to my room. The room was a perfect little cabin-cozy and warm. Parking was convenient. Breakfast in the morning was excellent for continental. So many great choices, and the coffee was fantastic!!!I'll definitely stay here again.

The shower water pressure was pretty weak. I wish there were extra blankets available in the cabin. Even with heat on and the extra blankets we brought, we still got cold, keep in mind the temp outside dropped to -14°F.

Loved the cabins. They were pet friendly and very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location, close to everything. The pool and hot tub were both enjoyable and surprisingly warm pool. The laundry facility was nice to have for the longer stay. The photos don't do the place justice in the ads. It was better than we expected. It had a great Rustic vibe. I also saw ski buses stop regularly to pick up guests and take them to a ski slope as well as buses for the Salt Lake line. We actually spent more time in our cabin than planned because they were so cozy.

I live in Jackson and decided to staycaytion here with boyfriend. We loved the cozy cabin and It had everything we needed. Super clean and. Great layout. Nice touches like pebble floor in shower and granite countertops. Bed was great ands sheets very nice. Highly recommend. Great location.

First: on the page it says PET friendly and when we arrived it was not like that since they did not receive cats (that we took it with everything for their care and in their cage) they said that only dogs. And they let us know that by arriving at the instance, they made us sleep the cat in the car and the cat got sick. Second: the receptionist (Hanna) was very rude, was racist and made a distinction of attention between us and other people who arrived while they made us wait for nothing. Third: on the page we put to check in at 11-12pm and when we arrived they said to come back at 3pm. When we returned to the hour he made us wait without giving us an answer he just said "wait until it's ready" when we asked how long she said 5-10-15 minutes, I don't know" leaving us there without any answer until another nice guy in the reception (I don’t remember his name) attended us (he was really nice and he resolve really quick our problems and his attention was really great, but Hanna was horrible). Fourth: Nobody will pay us the medical expenses of our cat, because they do not place that cats are not received and have everywhere of their information that they are PET friendly.

The cabin is very comfortable, it is well located, the breakfast was good and has parking included. Really clean, the pool and hot spa was really good. The personal (not the girls at reception) was really good.

Great individual cabins with a cosy but comfortable inside. Comfy beds, good showers with plenty of hot water, great heating and a handy kitchenette. Good location a few minutes walk from town and near to shops and restaurants. We used the shuttle to the mountain every morning and afternoon - a fantastic service with our friendly driver Jeff.

Great spot if you are visiting Grand Tetons! Cozy, quiet, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, fridge in the room big enough to hold breakfast and snack foods, walkable to both good coffee/breakfast spots and good BBQ/dinner spots.
