nothing. one note for those who would take the subway: the 7 min walk to Irving Station has to go through a few blocks underneath the highway paths, the blocks were filled with bird poops. Not pleasant but no other way around.

Let me start by saying that this was my first experience staying in a private rental therefore I was apprehensive and quite nervous. However upon my consideration Jason and Anna were extremely personable, yet professional courteous and patient in regard to my concerns. Upon arrival I was please with a charming, safe residential neighborhood with plenty of free parking, and conveniently accessible to all of Chicago. Check in and communication was hassle free. My unit was aesthetically pleasing....comfortable, cozy, peaceful and exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and attention to details with nice amenities for an enjoyable stay. I loved the beautiful yard with fresh mint and especially the back deck off my bedroom. Jason and Anna were absolutely perfect Host. Exceptionally friendly and helpful yet not overbearing. I would highly recommend their property and look so look forward to staying again. Thank you so much for everything Jason and Anna.

No cutting board or knife in kitchen - No washing cloth only a hand towel and a main towel… but everything else perfect!

Location between home and work, perfect! Assisting the room ac with a fan works great and keeps the entire place cool. Pleasantly surprised to see the many cats outside in the back yard… they were all staring at me! 😄 Very quiet at night… thank you! I will stay again!

A tiny bit more information would help -- I discovered the morning after struggling to sleep with too small a pillow that there was an extra in one of the bureau drawers. There is also no air conditioner and the night was unexpectedly warm. But overall this is a nice accommodation.

Parking was tight and hard to come by at night. The ac unit in the room was a little too high-tech for me. The owners were very quick to respond to any messages sent for assistance, and super friendly!

The location was great. Nice neighborhood. Very accessible to public transit. Took the L train into the city each day.

I recommend including photos of the exact door to the apt. The photo is of the front door of the house and it is quite confusing. There were no instructions as to how to lock the electronic door when going out. The toilet simply did not work easily. I am a very flexible and tolerant person who normally doesn’t sweat the small stuff but these issues did impact my stay. I expect at least a working toilet (whose problems have nothing to do with what you put into it). Fortunately I did not rent a car but if I had I would have been upset about the advertisement of free parking (street parking).

I was there for a wedding and chose it for the location. The apartment is small which does give it a cozy feeling. The shower water pressure was wonderful.

Literally adjacent to the highway. Very loud traffic sounds 24 hours a day........ It is directly adjacent the highway. No sound barrier. And the "free parking" is on the street, if you can find it.

It was in a nice residential neighborhood. Very comfortable vibe.
