We declined housekeeping but said we wanted fresh towels. Called housekeeping and said they would bring towel, another blanket and some toilet paper. That didn’t happen so went to front desk to get what we needed

The towels were a little rough and our room was facing an airport. We could see and heat airplanes taking off and arriving but lucky for us we really only heard it during the day. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub but was not expecting it to be located in such a quiet/zen area.

We had a great stay here at the concord plaza hotel! My friend and I came in for bottlerock and got a great deal. It exceeded our expectations especially the lobby/common area downstairs. Our favorite was the gym that overlooked the lobby. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. Comfy beds, nice shower, mini fridge, and microwave included. Great location across from a Sams club? Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and Target up the road.

Many people coming in with only backpacks through the evening which turned out to be homeless persons and staying for the night. I would have liked to have known that this was an occurrence at this hotel.

Hotel backs up to airport runway so there was noise from this. Kids liked watching planes and helicopters but it wasn't super quiet.

Gorgeous courtyard and nice pool/jacuzzi area (though in the center of people's rooms so I worried about my kids splashing being noisy). Parking was gated.

The walls were to thin, you could hear other people in their rooms, no screens on windows and gaps so air and noice came through loudly, such as planes and helicopters as the airport is right next to you and within steps to your window, dirty and damaged furniture in room and in hallways. Hidden parking fees.

The bathroom had rust and broken stuff. The fixtures looked like 15 years old 👎. Toilet kept running on and off all night. Shower Fixture was rusted and took 5 to 7 minutes to warm up.

No coffee in the room and no wi-fi plugs. Front desk said the plugs were in the lamp but none of the lamps had plugs. Lots of people hung out at the rear door going to the parking lot every time we went to our car. This made my wife very uncomfortable

Needs more upkeep when it comes to pool area not having any towels available the market was absolutely empty the laundry room dryers do not work and do not take coins.

Location is great but you can't find the address on uber. The indoor pool with the surrounding ponds was the best part of the hotel.

I didn't like how the staff seemed like I was always asking for too much. Like when I asked for toilet paper the guy seemed like it was such a ridiculous request but said he would send someone up. 45 mins went by so I called again, he said the same. 15 mins went by and someone finally came up. My needs seemed like such an inconvenience for them and I barely asked for anything my entire stay. Mainly because I felt like I was bothering them. Also I absolutely hated the location of my room, granted they said they would change it but I declined because I thought the loudness would only be for the first night for a wedding. I asked if there was any other events going on and they said no. My rooms window went right into the middle of the hotel so I couldn't even have my curtains open which made my room gloomy. From 5-10 the bar area was extremely loud and roudy. I left to stay for a quiet trip because it's so loud in my house only to come stay at another loud place. I should have changed rooms when they offered. The faucet to the shower was falling off but overall the room itself was pleasant and nice. Just the staff seemed so bothered by my simple requests

As mentioned, no heat in the room, no hot water to shower. I've been asked to find another hotel for their training next week.

the location was perfect! The room was not bad for the cost, but one of my employee's had to experience, cold water almost every day to take a shower, no heat, roach in the shower
