Pool was smaller and in an unusual spot.

Very clean and nice inside. They were able to take our luggage sooner than we could check in which was very helpful.

Check-in was efficient. Breakfast was ample and cleaning staff was efficient clearing tables. Eggs to order Chef could have smiled on occasion and not look "put out" by an over-easy order, but maybe he was having an off day.

Meeting room was cold and, at first, we were told we had to walk a distance to the rest rooms as the closest rest room was "not their property".

the light controls could have been better. I shouldn't have to walk into the living room area and almost to the front door to turn on or off the lights in that area. There should be a control near the bedroom space. The bathroom should be accessible from the bedroom. Not located near the entry door to the space. A bath mat would be appreciated, as when I stepped out of the shower, I slipped on the floor, and barely caught myself before hitting my head. Wet feet on polished stone floors is not a good choice.

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the cover over the peephole. Water from the front desk is a nice touch

The neighbor had a lot of construction going on across the road, which was not good at all,

Breakfast is alway good! I asked for shower gel to be refill and I never get I ask four time every morning, and the lady say yes but never refill the shower gel! Disappointed!

The room did not smell clean & rugs very old...the pool area was old and dirty. There are no working lights in men's restrooms on pool deck

The front desk staff & and bar server provided Excellent service. The Breakfast & Happy Hour was Great..made the stay better

The location was really nice, not far at all from Palm Beach, and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks were a bonus. I would definitely go back.

Hilton network went down and checking took forever. Staff worked hard to manually get us in, but while working on it, they kept apologizing to us and because if them, no one was upset. They saved the day for the hotel and Hilton.

The complimentary evening cocktails was cramped in a small area and with kids I didn't partake of this benefit.

I really liked the first room I was placed in until I went into the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken and I had asked for a walkin shower because I am an amputee and needed a chair but there was a tub only in that room..so I was moved to another room...was given a chair...however, the water in the face bowl took forever to go down and the toilet wasnt flushing properly. However, I love the overall ambiance of the hotel.

This would've been a 5 star for me but I'll give it a 3 The reason due to how one bed didn't have a bed sheets or comforter & I asked 3 times if they could please give us some, I even said I'll wait in the lobby for them but they said the guest runner will bring it but never got it after speaking 3 times to the front desk staff. I've worked in the resort hospitality industry for a while now & our guest runners (or even a front desk member) was able to bring a minor item like that to a guest room pretty quick, so I don't know what the issue was? If I'm ever in the area again for work I may give them another chance but the fact bed sheets that should've been already made on a bed was a struggle to be delivered is crazy.

Location was close to where I was doing business, breakfast was good & family enjoyed it. Our room (2 queen beds & sofa bed) was big enough for us all. Had a nice view on the higher floors. The waterfall by the entrance was very nice.
