Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Statesthe light controls could have been better. I shouldn't have to walk into the living room area and almost to the front door to turn on or off the lights in that area. There should be a control near the bedroom space. The bathroom should be accessible from the bedroom. Not located near the entry door to the space. A bath mat would be appreciated, as when I stepped out of the shower, I slipped on the floor, and barely caught myself before hitting my head. Wet feet on polished stone floors is not a good choice.
The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the cover over the peephole. Water from the front desk is a nice touch

BahamasI really liked the first room I was placed in until I went into the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken and I had asked for a walkin shower because I am an amputee and needed a chair but there was a tub only in that room..so I was moved to another room...was given a chair...however, the water in the face bowl took forever to go down and the toilet wasnt flushing properly. However, I love the overall ambiance of the hotel.

United StatesThis would've been a 5 star for me but I'll give it a 3 The reason due to how one bed didn't have a bed sheets or comforter & I asked 3 times if they could please give us some, I even said I'll wait in the lobby for them but they said the guest runner will bring it but never got it after speaking 3 times to the front desk staff. I've worked in the resort hospitality industry for a while now & our guest runners (or even a front desk member) was able to bring a minor item like that to a guest room pretty quick, so I don't know what the issue was? If I'm ever in the area again for work I may give them another chance but the fact bed sheets that should've been already made on a bed was a struggle to be delivered is crazy.
Location was close to where I was doing business, breakfast was good & family enjoyed it. Our room (2 queen beds & sofa bed) was big enough for us all. Had a nice view on the higher floors. The waterfall by the entrance was very nice.
