Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Next to Convenient stores and restaurantsLike McDonald’s and Wendy’s. So I just only had to walk less than block to eat at the pharmacy the grocery store the bank ATM restaurant convenient store there’s even a pawn shop next-door !

United StatesI didnt like anything. We first got there our card was ran after already paying for the reservation then we was put in a room for o er 16 hours no tv...wifi was terrible!! I walk wit a cane an was told to change rooms to an upstairs room. Got in that room electricity went out woke up to no hot water....we couldn't get a wink of sleep besides being next to the rescue building 22x in 6 days an the housekeeping who COULDN'T wait for me to come to the unchainable door while walking on a cane would jus swipe the key an enter WITHOUT saying anything. My visit was ASBURD MISERABLE AN I WOULDN'T recommend it to my ex husband's overbearing nosey mother!!!

USAThe smell as you open the door , the bed cover all stained, mattress cover was stained yellow everywhere, ceiling spackle everywhere, floor stains in carpet not fun at all. Bought sanitary products from Walmart lysol spray ,and oder freshener ect.
