The toilet ran all night the shower had the wrong handle my wife almost got scalded and the homeless on the stairs was a little bit too much

I would like to stay the entire time of my booking I was told to leave on the 19th get a refund from booking for the days not spent-used the return a day later make a new reservation. The problem I was told I to make a booking for 12 days. To avoid problems I would pay cash at the front desk.

Staff was amazing specially front office the pool was verry dirty when we got there but she got mauntenance to clean it up!! Our next door neighboor i thibk lived there it was verry bousy every bight kids crying tv was loud and it seemed like couple would fight allot

Unfortunately the A/C is REALLY loud and you can hardly sleep.. Also the Rooms could be cleaner. Unfortunately the Pool was kept closed with a chain eventhough they stated Pool hours 9am to 9pm - the chain was still in place at 10:30.

We took the motel for one night on the way to Six Flags and arrived late at night. The Lady at the Check In was very helpful and provided us with extra towels etc. Rooms are large.

the pool looked like it was dirty and no one has swam in it. the room was super hot until we ran the AC unit, in summer that’s horrible to walk into. every room we walked passed has stained dirty curtains. room walls and furniture were chipped or outdated. it’s a cheap hotel just to sleep in and leave.

We found a small living roach near the bathroom area. The beds need a bed skirt as we found strange stains on the box spring. The ice maker was not available.

Water was hot, we enjoyed the pool, and the staff was very accommodating.

I couldn’t get the Tv to work and saw a couple cockroaches in my room , called the reception desk but no answer.

We could hear our neighbors conversations through the door that joined our rooms together. A few roaches were spotted.

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning work really well. Swimming pool was very clean.

The hotel closed during my stay and put me out for hotel repairs and they still have not reimbursed me for one night that I paid. They still owe me $77. I am very disappointed and will never stay there again. No microwave.

I didn’t like that we weren’t notified of the hotel closure. This definitely ruined our Thanksgiving plans.

We received an email letting us know they were excited for us to check in. We arrived just after 3pm for check in only to find out the hotel was closed.

The sheets were full of someone else’s hair, when I turned on bathroom light it shocked me

10 minute wait for worker to come to office and sign us in, room was atrocious! Curtains had holes all through the from wear, white paint like substance on the curtains, floor was filthy with build up of dirt along all baseboards. Towels that were originally white, were stained and dingy grey. Large red cross drawn on the wall (with lipstick maybe?) Entrance door did not shut properly.
