Old bedding and towels. Old shower that flooded bathroom floor. Very old air conditioner that barely worked and was incredibly loud.

Freezer was so full I could not get an icepack in there. No remote for TV. On 2bulb light by bed, one bulb and switch knob was missing. No ice machine. But when I saw 2 roaches and 4 rolly-polly's came out from corner by the AC, I decided there wasn't any use to complain at desk, But I left them a list of corrections that should be made when i gave them the key to room.

No breakfast available. Clerk was friendly.

Nothing was good about it I spent 45 minutes at the front desk waiting for the desk clerk to find my booking wich he never did but went ahead and gave me a room at the cost quoted from booking.com. then I got to the room finally and as I begin to enter and get settled in the linen on both beds were dirty and balled up on the bed there were no towels hand cloths face towels in the room there was used bloody bandaids on the bathroom floor all the table tope and counters were dust covered when I brought it to the desk clerks attention he simply said (well the room was marked as being cleaned and ready) so I asked for clean linen to clean and freshen the room and he did not want to accommodate me instead he moved me to another room. It was cleaner but the refrigerator did not work and the TV wouldn't work after spending time on the TV I found the remote had no batteries and again I go to the desk clerk and he said( they all should have batteries and I don't have any batteries for it) I then suggested going to a room that wasn't occupied to find batteries. Problem solved.. but I feel I should be compensated in some way for all the inconveniences I experienced. I mentioned that to the desk clerk and he walked away my leisure night was not that at all.

There was something nasty sprayed on the back of the door. The towel rack was broken and the toilet seat was broken. These are all easy fixes that should be taken care of before each stay.

Only reason I only stayed two night was there was never hot hot when I arrived from work, I couldn’t stay there and not be able to take a warm shower

When u ask for towl that the staff gets instead the maids locked lock it all up was going to buy a mo. But called me at 1030 and said are room was to dirty and didn't want to rent us we are a family of 4 with 5 and 6 year plus check out wad at 11 no t030

Went into the room and took my shoes off and the carpet was sticky and then went to the bathroom and there were large cockroaches crawling on the floor

It seemed like it was a dangerous location - I read about some theft and shootings that happened nearby and it got me all spooked. We were just fine and people were friendly even though everything looked rundown but still - for those people who get real jittery, this might not be for you.

I thought the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and empathetic. They helped put as at ease.

The bug around the bathroom. Everything you told me that would be in the roome's a lie. There was no phone, there was no coffee Maker. There is no Beth towels There was no clock. The Mini fridge. And the microwawe're both unplugged.

Toilet didn’t work, sink did not drain, towels were Paper thin, carpet had holes in it, one sheet per bed, bedding was old and had spots on them, one hand towel, disgusting place.. never again.

That's an easy question. The bedframe was all you can feel when you lay down, then when you do lay down you pull the sheet and blanket down to crawl in and you get covered with these bugs with wings underthe sheet, and I only had 1 light in the entire room that worked, and the microwave didn't work so I didn't get to eat my dinner either, the refrigerator was froze up loaded with ice, and no one tried to help.

there was roaches. go down stairs get told u will have that n get handing bug spray. get told that about a certain time there is people that start yelling. if it happens call down to this guy n he takes care of it. he don’t even work there. felt like bugs was crawling all over me all night. I think there was bed bugs in the pill out coach. the lobby was blocked that said no one could sit there but yet 2 people that didn’t work there was sitting h there. very nasty n unclean place. and no coffee pot or coffee cups in room.

Smelled like pee - toilet seat half attached - towel rack missing - five feet of water damage on the ceiling - refrigerator didn't work - cars bunched toward the front due to crime fears - Police tape across the lobby (looked like a crime scene - person working the desk was clearly ill and shaking - all the outside doors are open 24/7 so NO SECURITY. AND the abandoned restaurant next door wasn't a good sign.

There didn't appear to be any bed bugs. TV kinda worked on some channels.
