No extra chair in bedroom. No bedside tables on outside of beds. Towels thin. Soap, etc., in bathroom minimal but adequate. No bar soap. Breakfast was minimal.

Real bad couple fighting next room all night long. Desk went and knocked and talked to them at least 3 times to no avail. When it kept up and we called desk to notify police, we were told its not responsibility of hotel, we would have to call police, and I didn't feel it was our responsibilty, but the hotel's, protecting their other guests.!

I didn't like that the jacuzzi tub was very loud something was wrong with it. Other then that everything else was great.

I enjoyed everything was clean and neat. At all times. The staff was very helpful. I even stayed a extra night.

The TV was small, maybe 24ins, no TV guild. The shower curtain were too small and too short, water got all over the floor.

They don't exactly have a model room picture to be able to realize what you're booking. For a family of 5 the family room did well especially for two disabled/ short distance walking ability guests, but I would have checked more of the room layouts available before choosing had I known a generic look for the amount of guests.

They had a sole entrance and monitored on who came in and out. They also were helpful about having the ability to edit booking information on the spot due to outside circumstances for the situation. Absolutely friendly and their employee jade was amazing in hospitality.

The soundproofing isn’t great - a woman in the next room was going on about something that annoyed her at 12:40 AM. The included breakfast is very basic, but set up well with ample seating. Cleanliness was adequate. Signs of wear for such a new building. It served well as an overnight stopover.

The location is excellent, very easy to get on/off I-4. I recommend calling the site and clarifying parking availability if you’re driving something bigger than a personal vehicle - I didn’t scope that out. Parking easy in personal vehicle. The price was reasonable by the standards of the area.There are restaurants within easy walking distance if you want to stretch out or a quick hop in the vehicle. I found a lovely park just a couple miles away with paved, marked walking loops and ample parking, Parker Lake Park. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi OK. Safe neighborhood.

This was my third stay here and hopefully my last. Hopefully I’ll remember to never book here again. My room was right by the elevator so it was noisy all night with that and peoples doors slamming shut. The breakfast was a big disappointment. The plug for the tub was broken and Made from the front desk came up and tried to fix it but couldn’t. She did offer me another room but I didn’t want to switch with my great grand son. I stuffed a washcloth in the drain and he was able to take a bath

The continental breakfast didn't have many options. There was garbage left outside room next to me when I checked in at 4p.m was still there when I came back at 8. I took to front desk. The ice machine on first floor was broken.
