Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location wasn’t too far from my travel purpose. The desk and bed were great, having a microwave and fridge is always convenient. I appreciate included coffee and breakfasts in the mornings. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

United StatesThe coat rack was over the lamp/table so I had to move the table and lamp. Table had a wobbly leg. No luggage rack. Burn hole in the recliner, which seemed very narrow for the average person. The rolling chair felt like it would tip over if I leaned back. The entrance by Subway has multiple large potholes so I used the side street entrance off Fern St.
Convenient location, was fairly quiet (several noisy guests during my stay), clean. Several restaurants within walking distance. More affordable than other options. Very nice staff, who were helpful and professional. Wi-Fi was dependable.

United StatesUpkeep of the facility was lacking. The bathroom sink was cracked, the caulk around the toilet was overly thick and not professionally installed. The light between the beds also seemed to have an electrical short.
Breakfast could have included instant oatmeal or cream of wheat cereal. The location was good because it was near the convention center.

United StatesThe first night was great. Returned for 2nd night & my room had been rented to someone else. The desk did a good job getting me another room, but it upset us enough to make the 2nd night bad. The lack of a receipt for payment until checkout is a bad bad bad way to do business.
